We had our reception here and everyone loved the food and said how great the bartender was. I would recommend you request Alex as your sales coordinator I wish he had been ours! The few times that our sales coordinator wasn't available and I talked with Alex he was great! So, I just got feedback from guests at our wedding and it was brought to my attention that the bathrooms were gross. The ladies room was flooded and never had toilet paper. One of the staff memembers broke a glass and didn't pick up all the pieces. My mother asked four times before something was done. Our photographer stood there to make sure no one cut their foot. The room was extremely warm. When asked about the a/c we were told to keep all the doors shut and that would help. I nor did anyone else notice a difference. Also there was a party in the room before us and so we were not able to setup our room ourselves. I dropped everything that went into the room the day before with a list of instructions. The... Read more room was not ready when my guest started to arrive. Several of my guest helped to setup the room. They lost my placecards, and once they were found my family put them out because the staff was putting them out by table number not alphabeticaly.

They recently redecorated and I love the decor. The staff was great, waiting on my husband and me hand and foot. They did anything we wished. Great place!

Alex was incredible to work with. He was open to new ideas and explanations about an Orthodox Jewish Wedding. He was willing to provide us with Kosher wines (which was not originally available) and even went out of his way to make sure that the most religious of our guests would feel comfortable. Burton Manor had great staff, who were at the hall early in the morning and were very friendly and helpful. We were able to rent the entire place for the whole day, change the location from out side to a suite indoors (due to weather concerns) and set the airconditioning to make guests (and myself the bride) comfortable. The hall charges per person at the main event, not per suite room you use. It was such a pleasure having my wedding there - beautiful venue, great service, tons of suggestions, and a willingness to listen and learn. Highly highly recommended!!

I had my wedding reception at Burton Manor. They did a great job. The food was great and the staff was very freindly and helpful.

The room was beautiful and an excellent value. Food was great. The only issue was parking. There was plenty of parking, but it was set up in a manner that implied that valet was mandatory, even though it wasn't.

We chose burton manor for our wedding day venue. We had family from all sides of the area. They were great to work with during the planning process. We had several details that needed to be executed due to religious reasons. The alcohol must not be displayed. My husbands family would literally leave if it was so we were stern about this. Also, no mixing on the bar, we had two pastas instead of just one, and our seating arrangements were to be the way that i turned in the sheet. So, on the day of my wedding planner had to rearrange the whole entire hall (luckily I had her), while eating dinner my husband spotted the bartender with a bottle of vodka on the bar (the bartender was spoken to prior to arrival by my planner not to do so) when my husband asked him not to he just looked at him like a moron (this is the groom right???), then our second pasta was missing and when my wedding planner went back to look for it they were just plating it....this is after they served the first one and t... Read morehen moved on to the meat and veggies...you can't do it at this point so we discarded it but somehow some tables still recieved it. So luckily I didn't do menus or else it would have been a mess. The cake was supposed to be cut and put into napkins to take home because we did a chocolate mousse as a dessert. Nope my cake was served with the mousse and then I had 300 napkins that were a waste of money because my cake wasn't served the way I wanted it. I really thought that we wouldn't have had these issues, and people had no idea these little things were happening, but I did. That to me is more important. The room was great and everything all-in-all was good. The food was good. We got a lot of compliments. I would have had two waitstaff on the head table instead of one because we ran out of food really quickly. Instead of one plate of each food, she should have given us two. We liked everything, but would have had a few things go differently!

This was a great reception location for the price. I am SO glad I had my reception here! Highly recommended!

We chose Burton Manor because it was close to our house and we heard very good things about it. We worked with Alex he was great responded quickly and tried to do everything he could for us. Burton Manor was beautiful. I couldn't ask for anything more. The only thing is the steak could have been cooked a little longer was a little to pink for some but other than that the food was great and so was the staff. We were VERY HAPPY!! :-)

We chose Burton Manor becuase out of all the reception spots I looked at this was going to give us the most for the money. Alex was our co-ordinator if you can really call him that. He is a guy that I dont think is really too much into splitting hairs and discussing minuite details with an anxious bride. So he's like "pick your swag colors and your food and let that be it". He wasnt rude, just not as friendly and open as you may like. The suite that our reception was held in was nice. It had nice granite tiled dance floor and elegant looking lighting fixtures. The food was really good and the waitstaff was attentive. the only thing that really pissed me off was that there was another wedding going on next door and in the middle of our first dance we suddenly hear loud spanish speaking over the PA system. It went on almost the whole first dance I kid you not. We were upset but in the end it didnt ruin our wedding. I had asked alex previously though if multiple events going on ever cause... Read mored a problem and he assured me that it wouldnt. If you choose burton manor be sure to ask for that in writing or something. We should have been accomidated in some way for the embarrassment of it all.

The food was good, however they forgot to serve the pasta.

The workers during the reception were incredible. They were dedicated to giving us the perfect day. Our lead hostess was very helpful and respectful. Since it is a larger venue with multiple rooms, it was hard for the event planner to remember who we were, which was slightly frustrating, though understandable.
