Had my wedding there and wow, what a regret. Don't let the venue fool you when you walk in and think you are getting a deal of a lifetime. yesterday at my wedding I asked for chair covers and our contact person there had met with us several times and even asked what color sash we wanted. Get to the venue no chair covers and the manager of the day was absolutely rude and unprofessional about it claiming it was never ordered and she was never told. When it was time for the meal, salads came out the literally no joke 20 minutes later the main dish came out, but only certain tables got their food. My dads table got food, but my fiancés family did not have food 10 mins after my dad was served and their tables were right next to each other. It took forever for food to come out. Not everyone was served cake, my family didn't even get to have my cake. They were under staffed tried to hold too many weddings at one time and failed. Read morese future brides you get what you pay for and just because the venue looks nice and the prices are cheap doesn't necessarily mean that it would be nice. There are other places you can look.

Burton Manor was overall a great place to have my wedding reception. They allowed us to bring in our own things for a candy bar. They were also very affordable for the area we were looking in. The only issue I had the whole time working with them was at my reception I was eating my chocolate mousse and walked away for a bit and came back and it was gone. One of my bridesmaids had asked them to bring me another, which they agreed to, however they never did bring it out. So sad because that mousse was delicious. But other than that they were really easy to work with and the food was good (even though I didn't have time to eat much).

Our reception at Burton Manor was really nice. They decorated the tables to match our colors, the staff was very friendly and the food was great and the building was very clean. The bartender was amazing and fast...she kept a smile even though she was so busy. Everything turned out great, the only thing is I wish I knew what happened to the left over cake, I know we had a lot and nobody seemed to know. The night went well, and I will go back to Burton Manor for any future needs.

the day of they were phenominal...leading up to it, they were really nice, but not very flexable as far as set up and decor. the food was just ok, but the service was amazing, and you got a lot for your money. no one finished their food it was so much!

Burton Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. The hall, bathrooms, and overall venue was very clean, and looked great. Our guests RAVED about the food which happened to be the best "wedding" food I've ever had. The staff was very friendly, Toni was amazing to work with. She was super helpful, friendly, knowledgable, approachable, and answered all of our questions (she deserves a promotion). We only had two concerns really. The first was that we were doing a vintage/retro theme and had white milk-glass we bought for half the tables, and we had rented their tall white centerpieces for the other half. Only problem is they set out the clear vases, not the white ones. Not a HUGE deal, but it wasn't what we specifically ordered. Another thing was that the bathrooms were not well marked in the room, so guests kept leaving to use the bathroom in hall (which we were told those bathrooms had the heat on full blast). All we had was a carbon copy receipt from our initial deposit and that made us a little nervous. Our wedding turned out amazing, and we are glad we chose Burton Manor as our venue.

Very easy to work with and gave us a really amazing price. Day of wedding was a really great day. Everything was as they said it would be and waiters were amazing to me,the bride, and my guests as well. Food was amazing.

Alex the hall was amazing all our guest said it was the best wedding ever so we both did our job! :) the food was beyond amazing! your staff was so nice helpful & wonderful. I loved the bartender he was great!! Thank you so much for helping us making our day so perfect!!

I had my wedding recepton at Burton Manor in August of this year. I have only good things to say about Burton Manor. The sales staff was very professional and the service the night of my wedding was incredible. The food was also very good. I would receomment Burton Manor to anyone planning an event.

I recently had my wedding reception at Burton Manor. My first meeting with Sue was great. She was very informative and had wonderful suggestions. The night of my reception went exactly as planned. Although the planning process was a little painful with Burton Manor (I heard 'no' a lot and sometimes didn't get a response for awhile), I was SO pleased with my reception. The room looked beautiful, food tasted great and was warm, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My guests really enjoyed the food, drinks, and setting, and complemented me all night. This was the most affordable venue we looked at - I was very pleased with the experience, even though there were a few bumps along the way.

I was a guest at my family's reception and i was so taken back by the management and how they handled a situation! I believe her name was Toni very unprofessional and treats her staff horrible! I will be sure to tell my friends about my experience. Burton should really have a talk with their management to make sure they are giving their employees the respect that they demand. You will have much happier employees that want to work and that reflects how your guests will be treated.
