  • My experience with Burton Manor was absolutely amazing. Food was exceptional,everyone was entertained. The DJ Duane from Unique Entertainment was very professional, knew what songs to play and kept the children entertained.

  • My daughters wedding was 8/5/18. Kurt and Dawn were outstanding. Food served prompt, hot and delicious. We were able to leave decorations evening before which gave us plenty time to decorate. Kudos to all the staff!!

  • I worked with Toni for several months leading up to my event. Everything she promised on was delivered. I also worked with Dawn toward the end because Toni went on maternity leave. Both Toni and Dawn with communicative and easy to work with. I felt I got a good value for the money paid.

  • They made my experience miserable to say the least, not only before my wedding, but after as well. Management was rude leading up to our event where we had to go directly to the owner to get things taken care of. I would call on multiple occasions and not receive a call back. I would have to ask for things multiple times before getting an answer. For my wedding, I did assigned seating but was told that they don’t have table numbers and they would not set out my table numbers even though they were ones to make my seating number arrangement. During my wedding, serving trays were left out the entire night so now they are a part of my wedding pictures and video. The food was horrible outside of their chicken. We were promised by the owner that he would be available that day to make sure things went smoothly; he wasn’t. But then after the event was what topped it all on the scale of frustration.   • Under new management since my wedding and my brother’s wedding yesterday was a terrible experience compared to what we received three years ago. Food was terrible with the exception of the chicken. They also made the experience for the bride and groom very difficult leading up to that day which is the last thing they should have to deal with. I was very disappointed.

  • I thought that everything was amazing. The only person that I actually had a problem with was the lady who helped me get eveything ready. The staff that worked on my wedding day was amazing. If you can get Cici, her staff made me wedding the best day of my life.

  • So let me just say this, I am a very OCD and detailed bride and they were able to make me very happy and to keep me happy which can be a hard feat. I was much appreciative of Dawn and all of her help and advice along the way. She was very accomindating with helping make sure we could have the wedding day of our dreams. The food was beyond excellent and our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. The Captain for the night and the servers were super friendly and provided my husband, our guests, and I with the best service. We will definitely recommend Burton Manor as an exceptional venue.

  • We did not book this venue, however we went on a tour.. the floor was missing tiles, there were spots on some of the walls that weren't painted... some lighting didn't work.. really wasn't worth the pricing. One woman I spoke to told me that the ceremony would be no problem - another one said that they don't specialize in that, and it would be "too stuffy" in the room they would give us to have a ceremony and reception.

  • I recently attended an annual event here, during which there was another party in a different room. In the common area, near the restrooms, the other party brutally assaulted a couple that was attended the same event as me. There were 4 to 5 men attacking the husband, one even bit him, and his wife was attacked when they saw her calling 911. The cops took away 2 people but the management was no where to be found. The employees weren't helpful either. It's hard to believe they don't have any type of management during events, especially due to the area the manor is in. I would not return.

  • First, let me say that a 3.5 really only reflects the lead up to my actual reception. I do not think that their customer service communication is very good and I felt very uneasy about my reception. When you book here, you WILL be making all of the phone calls. They do not call you to make sure everything is going according to plan. There were ZERO warm and fuzzies from them. The two examples that stick out in my mind are my chair covers and my appetizer table. I know that I paid for an appetizer table, it was not on the invoice. When I called, (maybe 2 weeks before my wedding) they said that I had not made my appetizer selection. Why did no one call me to get that squared away 2 weeks before my event? Would they have if I hadn't called them? I have no idea. I also found out that I did not have chair covers around that same time.   • the bathroom could have been a little more clean. My guest steak wasn't know cook all the way thru. Some of them was still running bleed out of them. A lot of my guest don't eat because of that. When I call for two days straight to make an complain nobody answer. I had to go up there and everybody wanted to make excuses and not take responsibility. The food selection should be explain more so customer will know more about what they are selecting.
