  • I got engaged on December 25th, 2019. It’s Mar 6,2020 and I still don’t have a wearable ring. Jan 7, 2020 sent the ring back for sizing. We ordered a 7.5 but 3 local jewelers show me it’s a 7.25, BE insists it’s a 7.5. I need a true 7.75. I mention to BE that I have a crooked prong that’s catching, they have me send it in to the repair department. After the 10 days of “analyzing” they so oh I’m so sorry your original order didn’t go through QC (WTF??) we will fix this right up in 2-3 weeks. Fast forward those weeks we get a call, your setting is totally bad we have to scrap it and start over (double WTF??), 2 more weeks. Finally the week comes I’m getting my ring back yay! Oh another day delay. Finally get tracking for my Saturday delivery, of course they sent it to my office when I explicitly gave them my home address for the shipment.   • My fiance purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth in a total surprise engagement. Therefor I had to send it back in to be resized. It took them almost 3 weeks to re-size the ring. When I got it back 2 of the 4 prongs were loose (like pulling out my hair and getting caught on clothes loose). They will not guarantee this is covered under warranty, even though this was their jewelers error,and to top it off they say it will take 4 weeks to fix. Finally, if I were to take it somewhere local that could fix my ring in a reasonable amount of time, it will void the warranty. So again, the ring is beautiful, but pray that there is nothing wrong with it, because then it becomes not their problem!

  • We were very excited when the brilliant earth showroom reopened; their website is easy to use and comprehensive. However, I think with the COVID restrictions it makes it very hard. I am not sure how they normally size people's hands but apparently my fingers were swollen because when my ring came it was HUGE! We went to see about the complementary resizing and they said it would take 2-3 weeks. We have been trying to plan an engagement party and not having a ring makes it much less fun. We have tried to contact them about expediting but it has been two weeks and still no ring. Just want other brides to be aware before getting a ring :(

  • I bought my fiancée the willow engagement ring with a round moissanite and sapphire side stones. It shipped to me quickly and the ring was beautiful and so high quality. I’m so glad I decided to go with Brilliant Earth for this big decision!

  • I wish I could give them 10 stars. From the first online chat about what I wanted to the in person appointment, their customer service was amazing. I flew to Chicago for a business trip and I goofed the appointment time. I called and explained my screw up and they were so kind and managed to fit me in at a different time. Oh my goodness, everything is stunning and their customer service was excellent. Never felt rushed. We both wanted something incredibly special for our 25th wedding anniversary. So I told my husband how much I loved the ring at BE. He surprised me with it and it was even more stunning that I remembered.

  • I can't believe how in love we are with our wedding bands and my engagement ring! Brilliant Earth's website is amazing and extremely user-friendly. Their interface and customer experience made us feel confidant in choosing our perfect wedding rings, and when they arrived they were exactly as they looked online. They're absolutely gorgeous and we've already recommended Brilliant Earth to all our friends and family. We've recieved so many comments and will definetely be using them for future jewelry gifts!

  • Brilliant Earth’s designs are elegant and unique at the same time. I initially liked the Lark with a princess cut diamond. One year later, when my then fiancé (now hubby) showed me a Chamise style, it posed a dilemma since I really loved both designs. The deciding factor was, the matching ring. Highly recommend!

  • I love the ring my husband chose for me! It is a lab grown diamond with a beautiful oval shape. The contoured wedding band work perfectly with it. My husband and I are both Material Engineers so choosing a lab grown diamond after some research was a no-brainer it is 100% a real diamond, conflict free and friendlier on the budget. The main difference between lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds is that one was grown in the ground while the other was formed in a lab (plus depending on defects lab grown can have a higher hardness).   • When my husband and I started looking at engagement rings, I already knew I wanted an antique/vintage ring. I loved the idea of my ring having a past story and life. While searching for the perfect one I was introduced to Brilliant Earth. I can honestly say they have the BEST selection of these types of rings, each one unique and lovely. My biggest disappointment was how quickly a ring would sell out since it was one of a kind, but this just a testament to the quality of their product. My husband and I were able to find an engagement ring that was from a time period that I admire with my birthstone as the focal point. It made it so special and I adore it. Do yourself a favor and check out the gorgeous rings Brilliant Earth has to offer!

  • DO NOT PURCHASE A RING HERE. I had a similar experience to others if you thoroughly read reviews where things go wrong, and I won't bore you with the details. In short, Brilliant Earth damaged my engagement ring during the resizing process and refused to refund the cost of the ring unless I signed a nondisclosure agreement. I have never experienced or witnessed such horrendous customer service and disregard for other people's time, money and feelings. It was extremely hard to get in contact with the Brilliant Earth reps who were handling our case. I never saw my ring again after I dropped it off to be resized and I never received a refund from Brilliant Earth since I refused to sign the NDA. I highly recommend you save yourself the heartache, frustration, time and money, and take your business to a local jeweler who takes pride in their product and genuinely cares about ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • I have tried to purchase a ring with them twice with the build your own jewelry. I called to confirm next day delivery and confirmed by the representatives my package was ready and would arrive. After not receiving the product I cancelled the order to start over. Giving Brilliant Earth the benefit of the doubt I chose another ring of greater value. I paid to ship overnight. I called to confirm shipment and was assured it would be arriving the next day. Again, no product. What’s worse is both times no one from Brilliant Earth called to tell me it had not shipped. Nobody took accountability. No emails. No phone calls. Just Ghosted.

  • I had a good experience with Isabel, who helped me get my bf's ring size for a surprise proposal. She transferred me to a custom designer, Kaia, to create the ring. Kaia missed the deadlines she gave me (when I would get a quote, etc.), she forgot the details of my ring when pricing (yellow/white gold), then informed me that since my custom ring was so close to the original piece I based it on I would not receive the included updates for a custom ring (like cast dates, process pictures.) She tried to mail me the ring without getting final approval from me. When I asked for a picture first, she told me that was impossible since she already gave it to the shipping department. I had to demand a photo before I paid for the ring. She responded a day later with a picture of the ring on her finger. Terrible professionalism, clearly not interested in their customers' experience as long as they get paid, and petty to boot.

  • i had picked out a ring i thought was perfect from brilliant earth. we came in to try it on and it turns out, i didn't like it at all! luckily, our appointment specialist gave us some helpful tips, we picked out some more options, and my fiance eventually picked a winner! so relieved that brilliant earth had such an amazing selection and customized the ring of my dreams for me. what an awesome experience!!
