  • I got engaged on December 25th, 2019. It’s Mar 6,2020 and I still don’t have a wearable ring. Jan 7, 2020 sent the ring back for sizing. We ordered a 7.5 but 3 local jewelers show me it’s a 7.25, BE insists it’s a 7.5. I need a true 7.75. I mention to BE that I have a crooked prong that’s catching, they have me send it in to the repair department. After the 10 days of “analyzing” they so oh I’m so sorry your original order didn’t go through QC (WTF??) we will fix this right up in 2-3 weeks. Fast forward those weeks we get a call, your setting is totally bad we have to scrap it and start over (double WTF??), 2 more weeks. Finally the week comes I’m getting my ring back yay! Oh another day delay. Finally get tracking for my Saturday delivery, of course they sent it to my office when I explicitly gave them my home address for the shipment.   • My fiance purchased my beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth in a total surprise engagement. Therefor I had to send it back in to be resized. It took them almost 3 weeks to re-size the ring. When I got it back 2 of the 4 prongs were loose (like pulling out my hair and getting caught on clothes loose). They will not guarantee this is covered under warranty, even though this was their jewelers error,and to top it off they say it will take 4 weeks to fix. Finally, if I were to take it somewhere local that could fix my ring in a reasonable amount of time, it will void the warranty. So again, the ring is beautiful, but pray that there is nothing wrong with it, because then it becomes not their problem!

  • I bought my fiancée the willow engagement ring with a round moissanite and sapphire side stones. It shipped to me quickly and the ring was beautiful and so high quality. I’m so glad I decided to go with Brilliant Earth for this big decision!

  • My fiancé got my engagement ring through Brilliant Earth because he knew how important having an ethical diamond was for me. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my ring! Brilliant Earth was helpful to him throughout the selection process. When I needed to get my ring re-sized they were able to ship it out and back within less than two weeks. I will definitely be getting my wedding band here soon too!

  • Absolutely stunning!! It was extremely important to me that I had a ring that was ethically sourced. The fact that they used recycled metals, Montana sapphires, and the ability to pick your own setting and stone I was sold. I feel so proud to wear this beautiful ring!! Such a great process visiting the private show room in Denver, Colorado. We felt so comfortable asking as many questions as we needed and my fiancé was able to go back into the saved products we had gone over months later to purchase the ring.

  • I love my ring!! Brilliant Earth was super helpful throughout our entire experience. I accidentally put gold, instead of platinum, and they did a change order without delaying the production at all! They even resized it and fixed the stone when it was loose for free!! Excellent service, great prices, and an all around wonderful product. I recommend them to everyone who sees my ring.

  • We ordered both my engagement ring and our wedding rings from Brilliant Earth and have nothing but the best things to say about the company! At the time of our engagement, both my fiancé and I were living overseas (in different countries!) and BE worked with him to make sure the ring arrived to its final destination safe and sound. A few months later, we visited BE’s showroom in Georgetown (Washington, D.C.) to pick out our wedding rings together. Lauren, who handled our appointment, was lovely! She answered all of our questions, was extremely friendly and professional, and made sure to keep us updated on changes in order status, arrival date, etc. Subsequent visits to the showroom for resizing were equally as smooth. We would absolutely recommend the company, both for its commitment to ethical jewelry, and for the quality of the service we received!

  • After hinting at my style of engagement ring, my fiance surprised me with a meeting at Brilliant Earth's office in San Francisco. We had an appointment with an incredible engagement ring expert. She had an excellent sense of humor when we joked about my indecisiveness. I knew exactly what I liked from browsing the website. The Cadenza. He surprised me a few months later with the Cadenza in rose gold. It is unique and delicately glamorous. I get tons of compliments!

  • Please do not buy! Would have given negative stars if I could. Absolute horrendous experience when my boyfriend bought a diamond from them to have set as an engagement ring (AU $11,000). When we went to get it set, the jeweller refused as it would crack if he did. We got 3 more opinions, all the same. We knew it had a small chip in it and bought it knowingly. What we didn't know that where the chip was, meant that it couldn't be set. We're not experts, we were fine with it having a mircroscopic chip but didn't realise this meant that it couldn't be set! Brilliant Earth has refused to issue a refund or credit note. This diamond should never have been sold in the first place due to where the chip was, and for an 'ethical' company to knowingly deceive and exploit their customers and sell something to get $$ is beyond unethical.   • DO NOT PURCHASE A RING HERE. I had a similar experience to others if you thoroughly read reviews where things go wrong, and I won't bore you with the details. In short, Brilliant Earth damaged my engagement ring during the resizing process and refused to refund the cost of the ring unless I signed a nondisclosure agreement. I have never experienced or witnessed such horrendous customer service and disregard for other people's time, money and feelings. It was extremely hard to get in contact with the Brilliant Earth reps who were handling our case. I never saw my ring again after I dropped it off to be resized and I never received a refund from Brilliant Earth since I refused to sign the NDA. I highly recommend you save yourself the heartache, frustration, time and money, and take your business to a local jeweler who takes pride in their product and genuinely cares about ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • i had picked out a ring i thought was perfect from brilliant earth. we came in to try it on and it turns out, i didn't like it at all! luckily, our appointment specialist gave us some helpful tips, we picked out some more options, and my fiance eventually picked a winner! so relieved that brilliant earth had such an amazing selection and customized the ring of my dreams for me. what an awesome experience!!

  • I had a good experience with Isabel, who helped me get my bf's ring size for a surprise proposal. She transferred me to a custom designer, Kaia, to create the ring. Kaia missed the deadlines she gave me (when I would get a quote, etc.), she forgot the details of my ring when pricing (yellow/white gold), then informed me that since my custom ring was so close to the original piece I based it on I would not receive the included updates for a custom ring (like cast dates, process pictures.) She tried to mail me the ring without getting final approval from me. When I asked for a picture first, she told me that was impossible since she already gave it to the shipping department. I had to demand a photo before I paid for the ring. She responded a day later with a picture of the ring on her finger. Terrible professionalism, clearly not interested in their customers' experience as long as they get paid, and petty to boot.
