  • Unfortunately this place as amazing dresses but a bad ordering processes and terrible customer service. I went to the one in irvine ca. Store manager is a b**** to say the least. I worked in retail over ten years i would have been fired if i acted like her. she is horrid to say the least. Real snotty attitude by most of the people that work there. now I ordered my dress in December got it early by May. So i assumed the bridesmaid dresses promised with in 14 to 16 weeks would be right behind. . yea umm its June. No dressdes no tracking number. I am now informed they might come as late as July. Im getting a plan b together and telling my bridesmaids to despute the charge on their credit card if its not there by July 1st. cause thats not right ppl have things to do we dont want to start alterations two weeks brfore and what if god forbid they dont fit or are the wrong color? My other bridesmaid ordered hers from New Jersey 6 weeks later then girls in cali and has received it already.

  • I have very mixed feelings about where Id bought my dress. Everything about my gown was spot on perfect. My consultant was friendly and helpful, my dress came in gorgeous, my veil was perfect. My problems started when my bridesmaids shoes (which were ordered black) came in very noticeably navy blue. I was shocked that after going back in, showing them the shoes, and explaining, that they refused to refund my bridesmaids or re dye the shoes. Aweful customer service. I am very dissapointed that they had to waste a good amount of money for shoes that did not match their dresses, not to mention the pictures of the black dresses, and blue shoes! So dissapointing!

  • Made my dress experience a nightmare. First they order the wrong dress then try to charge me for their mistake, untill my mother wrote corporate a letter. Then when they fixed that situation , they did it again with one of my bridesmaid . Cried both times, total mess, if it was not for their pretty dresses and the good response from corporate I would give them a 0

  • This salon was absolutely amazing in every respect. From the sales girl to the management to the seamstress to the person that steamed my gown, they were professional, kind, empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and even compassionate to a frazzled bride without family to assist her in finding a gown. They helped me stick to a meager budget, had various plus sized dresses in styles I liked to choose from right off the rack, and accomodated requests. I would refer anyone I know to them.

  • I visited the Schaumberg, IL store. I had a wonderful experience with the Manager Nasreen! She really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. The entire staff was super friendly as well and it always felt that they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I recommend Brides by Demetrios to all of my friends!

  • Everything was great about this place except the snarky woman at the front desk. It is a shame because the dresses are gorgeous and the rest of the staff including alterations were top notch.

  • I ordered my dress from the Bellevue store in Fall 2011. It was supposed to come in February, so by the time March came and I still hadn't heard from them I called the store, only to find that the number had been disconnected and the store was permanently closed. They never called me, never offered me a refund, nothing. So then I called the corporate office and found that my gown had been ready for quite a while, but they didnt know where to send it so they just held on to it and figured I would eventually call. They said they'd ship it to my house and I would have to find someone to alter it if need be. In the end, after many phone calls and complaints, they wouldn't give me a discount on the dress, but they did pay for it to be bustled (a $100 value), which was equivelant to a 5% discount on my $2,000 dress.   • Stephanie helped me pick out my perfect dress and I truly felt like the most beautiful woman on the planet in that dress. They were polite, professional, and courteous the entire process. While I spent more than anticipated, I felt it was partly my fault for not clarifying a budget in the beginning. I fell in love with an over budget dress and then dealt with it, but couldn't be happier I did so. It was absolutely amazing and detailed!

  • My dress was beautiful and I had a wonderful experience with Demetrios from my first dress try-on to picking up after steaming. The alterations turned out great as well. My only complaint is that I was told my bustle would be ~$30 but then when it came time to pay it was over $70. This is because there were many “points” that had to be built in but it was still a shock. Also, Demetrios doesn’t automatically include steaming. Mine was included because I bought the dress during my first shopping trip but either way I think a dress shop should include it or at least as part of the alterations.

  • I loved my dress, it fit great and was prepared well for the big day. They told us one price for alterations when we bought the dress and then the alterations lady told us another price. We were expecting to have the dress look like it did when I tried it on but we ended up having to buy a slip for underneath to poof it out. Everything came in with plenty of time and they were great about letting me try on the dress a couple of times! Overall it was a good experience! Not very personal, more like a department store of wedding dresses!

  • Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Georgia, was soo sweet and it was great to come into their store and them all know my name. I cant rememebr the name of my sales lady, but she was a little pushy though. Althought I am extremely happy with my outcome, I was a little dissappointed that I felt a little pressured to get the dress I did. In the end, i did love it :) Also, Galina, in alterations.... shes like a magic. She made that dress look so good on me and it was amazing!
