I thought the program was a little difficult to use but I was able to call them any time and someone was there to help me through every step that I needed a hand on. I would recommend calling them and getting a brief tutorial over the phone, they are very good with the program and it makes the process go much faster. I would defenitely recommend Bridebox to anyone who is wanting a very nice and professional album.
