  • I purchased a basic dress with lace jacket fitting backwards. Bought it off the rack for $100. It was worth my whole budget of $600 to me!

  • This has been the absolute WORST experience. I went to Bridal Warehouse in January. Found the dress (not a custom dress), and ordered it right there. I paid for the dress in full so there would not be any delays in getting the dress. I was told that it should be in during the last week in June. I called the last week of June and was told that they had not heard anything about it, but would call and follow up on it. And we were told a few more days. A week went by before I called again. They said it should be there any day. I waited another week before calling again. Still no dress. When I contacted corporate, I was told that they were doing everything they could, but the dress still hadn't shipped. When the dress was finally found, I was told that they would over night the dress and I would have it the following day. It was another week before I was able to go pick it up.     This vendor is running late. However, the alterations person you were using was called to be sure no rush charges were applied to you. She assured this company, none were added. No rush at the order time was placed on the gown according to our records. Nevertheless, it was running late. Customer Care texted, spoke on the phone and emailed with you several times and offered apologies. We apology again for the delay. Best wishes for a wonderful wedding.

  • After I tried on about 50 dresses the customer service never changed...they tended to me as if I was a 1st time client...my gown is beautiful and veil is beautiful

  • Bridal Warehouse was great! Sheila helped me both times I went in and was absolutely terrific. She pulled several styles for me and let me pick out as many as I wanted. I left the store the first time with my heart set on a Mori Lee gown, which she had let me know was going to be part of the trunk show the next weekend. When I went back a week later, I tried on a few more dresses but still ended up with my first pick. She helped me select a veil as well. It was very easy to make appointments and the fitting rooms are nice. I didn't feel like any of the staff was pushy or intrusive. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

  • Bought my gorgeous ball gown from here for a great price!! I went in multiple times and each time came away with nothing, but the last time my consultant was extremely helpful and I couldn't walk away from this dress!

  • I had been to this particular store before, but for prom dresses not bridal. I had not expected customer service as great as it was. They made me feel welcome and at home. They patiently worked with me as I explained what I wanted for my bridesmaids and wanted. They found exactly what I wanted! I also got my shoes there, which they did not h ave in my size so the representative that I was working with called the store a couple towns over and had them ordered and dyed for me I wanted blue) so that I wouldn't have to travel out of my way. Only bad thing was they were a little short staffed.

  • I originally reviewed the Louisville location on Google after I found a dress I loved. I am putting the original review on here too because I do agree with what I originally wrote; the people at this location are wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately the company as a whole is shady and will just heap stress onto your wedding. I ordered the dress originally in February and was told it would be ready in May. Since then my delivery date got pushed back for various reasons to the point where it wouldn't come in until barely a month before my wedding date. I started to panic about getting alterations done, so at that point I just wanted them to cancel the order and give me the deposit back. The manager's hands were tied because any type of refund request has to be approved by their home office. When I called the home office their system only allows you to leave a voicemail so they can call you back at their own convenience, we called 3 days in a row before someone actually called us...   • I went to the Louisville location and had a positive experience. The sales woman let my mom and I pick out dresses I wanted to try on. She also made sure to help me in and out of each dress. She was very attentive without being pushy.

  • I went to the Louisville location almost a year ago to get my gown. My gown was gorgeous. I had a bit of struggle to get it though. When I got there they just threw me in, they didn't help me pick out dresses for the first hour of being there. When she finally did start picking the dresses for me, she kept bringing me dresses that weren't the style I wanted, only because they were in my budget. I wasn't able to find a decent dress until I raised my budget by $300. My sister had to help me with the buttons and zippers because the girl almost never went in the dressing room to help.

  • After another vendor-who-shall-not-be-named was quite rude to me during my visit, I decided to check out some alternative vendors and scheduled an appointment to visit Bridal Warehouse. I'd never visited them before but they were SO WORTH IT! I tried on so many gorgeous gowns that were a fraction of the price at other retailers, and ended up finding my perfect wedding dress for less than $200. I was really impressed with the staff and the level of customer service provided at Bridal Warehouse both times. They even scheduled a 2nd appointment for me at the last minute so I could try on a few gowns again before making my final decision on which dress to buy. My bridesmaids were so thrilled with the dress selection, price and customer service that some of them have become clients of Bridal Warehouse as well.   • This shop really helped my wedding dress buying experience to be one that I will never forget! The consultant was very helpful but didn't crowd and allowed us time to think. After I found my dress, we also picked out the bridesmaids' dresses too! They made sure that we didn't need anything else before moving on to the next client.

  • They have so many beautiful dresses in several price ranges. The associate that helped me was great and didn't try to talk me into a higher price range, which I had a problem with at other places. The only thing I can say bad about Bridal Warehouse is that they were suppose to do a reminder call about the fitting I scheduled. They did not. I just think that if they are suppose to and tell you that they will then they should.

  • Girls, DO NOT get your bridesmaids, MOB, wedding gown, etc. from this location unless you want to have a NIGHTMARE. I have 7 bridesmaids. 6 got measured for their gowns at this louisville location and one got her measurements done at the Etown location at a later date. The dresses came in last week and ALL 6 bridesmaids who were fitted in louisville received gowns that were 1 or more sizes too large. Ever. Single. One. The girl who was measured in Etown... Her dress fit like a glove! All 6 bridesmaid dresses needing SIGNIFICANT alterations is more than just a coincidence. I called USA Bridal louisville and they did not offer us ANYTHING. No free alterations, discounts, or re-orders on the dresses. They did not admit fault that my girls were CLEARLY measured wrong and denied us anything.   • I came down to their Louisville location from Chicago to try on some dresses with my Mom who lives down there. I had gone to a store near me, and we also visited a few other bridal stores down there. Christina was great!! She was extremely personable, and seemed to pick up quickly the styles I liked, and what looked good on me. I found the perfect dress, finally, but I found it!!!

  • Tried on several dresses here. I am a plus size. Not a lot to choose from for plus size. Found a dress that I wanted but was unable to purchase. Their layaway has to be paid off in so many days which was not feasible for me to do at the time. Have always had luck at this store. I know several people who were able to buy their dresses here.
