I can not imagine going anywhere else for my wedding dress and accessories! The team at Bridal & Tuxedo Galleria went above and beyond! At every visit I was greeted with smiles, they communicated proactively and the dress and custom ties were perfect! Service is eh, until you make a purchase and then the manager gets involved, she's awesome and very helpful. If your looking for someone to style and makeover you this is not the place. However, they have a HUGE selection of dresses and can do custom orders, I found my dream dress and had my dream veil custom made. I am very happy with the assistance moving forward including in-house seamstress and dress cleaning for the big day. I gave it 5 stars because they put up with me trying on like 20 dresses and taking over their store for 2 days.

I came here as a walk in they took me in and the consultant I had was very helpful she helped me find the dress I had in visioned.

Having to plan a wedding long distance, choosing a wedding dress was of course no easy task. I had my sister-in-law-to-be attend my bridal appointment on my behalf and try on dresses I shortlisted. Needless to say the staff was so gracious, they had me on FaceTime for the appointment, showed me all angles, even had their sales staff try on dresses also and email me pictures and when the sales associate Emily captured my look and style she ventured out and chose the winner dress from Casablanca Bridal line. Paid over the phone with ease and they got my measurements to have a custom fit dress fabricated and shipped to the store. Called me when it arrived and I was able to try on and the fit was perfect. Some minor alternations, a purchase of a veil and hair accessories later and everything went smooth. Cozy boutique and the attention given was phenomenal. Would highly recommend!

Between Gloria, Cynthia, Graciela, Enrique and Devina, they made me feel at home and so special! They got right on the alterations, as I only purchased my dress about 2 weeks before the wedding and they assured me everything would be done on time. They made me feel stress free. I will never forget my experience with them. It made our special day all the more perfect.

I found and bought my dress from this bridal shop. They not only showed me their current dresses but their discontinued dresses. The dress I found went from costing $2700 to $600. The dress had to be altered from a size 12 to a 2 and I was doubtful how well this would be done without changing something I loved. When I went in for my fitting, it fit me perfectly! The seamstress did AMAZING work!! They were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this bridal shop.

Loved my consultant. She was on my side when my party couldn't really love the dress I ended up adoring. Even helped them come around. It didn't fit right so we had to talk about what it should look like once I get it on my size and then bam!!! My party loved it too! That made me super happy

I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an intimate place to have the consultants all to your self. I tried many different places and never got the attention and respect like I did here. They have a wide variety of priced gowns and sometimes some really good sales. I did not go with them for my alterations as they were a bit pricey but enjoyed my business with them overall.

I found my wedding dress here and it's perfect! The ladies that were there to help me were very polite and helpful. I wanted to try on a whole bunch of different dresses the first time I went in just to get an idea of the style I wanted, and never did anyone seem annoyed that I had no idea what I was doing! I was a little overwhelmed on my first visit because it was a bit busy, but the second time I went in I was more relaxed and knew generally what I was looking for. The dress selection here is beautiful and I knew I was going to have a hard time deciding but I ended up getting teary eyed while trying on one of the dresses so I knew it was the one :) The only con for this place is that the alterations are a bit on the expensive side, but I'm sure they do a great job!

I came in to look at bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids who could not be with me at the time. I was greeted and showed to the bridesmaid dress area which was a bit small and the racks were crammed full of dresses. They were sorted by designer and semi-sorted by color. Every once in a while, someone would come in and ask how I was doing while picking out the dresses and then they would leave. I picked out a few to try on and had to do everything myself. No one came to help me at all. I tried on the dresses by myself and had to imagine the fits by myself. The only time I got some help was when they were almost closing. They finally took the dresses away that I didn't like, but I really felt rushed to get out. They did have a very large selection and their prices were decent. If you buy 3 or more dresses, they will also give you an extra 10% off.

Steph helped me with my dress last year and was amazing. The place itself is small and not glamorous but she worked with me a lot to help me find a dress within my budget. I tried on many and there was one that I kept finding myself drawn to but was out of my budget. She talked to her manager but could not get it within my budget. I was deploying within a month and wouldn't have time for any other dress shopping before my wedding so I decided to choose one of the cheaper dresses that I liked but didn't love. She later called me saying she found a similar dress by the same designer. I went back in and it had all the things I loved about the dress plus more and it was less than half my budget! It was about 10 sizes too big for me and didn't have the sweetheart neck that I wanted so I decided to get it tailored there as well. The tailoring was not great. The sweetheart top that the tailor cut was alright, but the fitting wasn't great. I ended up paying another tailor to fit i... Read moret properly and was very pleased with the end look. The dress is everything I dreamt of for my wedding and I would've ended up with one I wasn't thrilled about had Steph not cared enough to contact me after finding the other one.

Overall my experience was good. As another reviewer mentioned, I wouldn't go here first. It's not as fancy as some other bridal stores in San Diego, but they have a HUGE selection of Maggie Sottero gowns and that's what drew me in. I really believe that I got a good deal on the dress that I purchased. I know that I could have bought it somewhere else for a lot more money. I will not be bringing my dress here for alterations though.
