I am a plus size girl they made me feel comfortable didn't see me as a size but seen me as a bride wanting to make sure I look my best on my big day I truly am grateful for the great experience I had there

We were greeted when we walked in the door and the associates were very pleasant. I had Iris as a representative and she was excellent. She knows her stuff when it comes to wedding dresses. She was very honest and patient. You can tell she loves what she do. Everyone that we came in contact with was friendly. I will be going back to look for bridesmaids dresses. I highly recommend them. They even have dresses for prom or homecoming.

I absolutely loved my experience with Jen at bridal and formal. She was so helpful at pointing out my reactions to certain dresses and using the feedback I gave on dresses to help me find my dream dress. The best experience I had at a bridal store by far.

I came in with an idea of what I wanted and ended up with a dress I did not know would be the perfect fit..all thanks to the help of the staff! They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to help you pinpoint the exact style, color, length, etc. you need.

A beautiful selection of dresses for all sizes, I was able to find my dream dress within the modest budget I set. I never felt pressured to buy and being plus size felt there was enough for me to try on! They asked what I wanted and helped me try on things I may not have even thought of, I was comfortable and they made me feel like I was the only bride there.

I had the absolute best experience at Bridal and Formal finding my wedding gown! They have amazing customer service and the price was right! Jen did a fantastic job of helping to find my dream gown! I had a wonderful experience dress shopping at Bridal and Formal. The stylist helping me shop was very attentive to my price point and style requests but also had me try a few things on the border of my suggestions to test the waters which was quite helpful in ruling things in or out. We moved quickly to see a lot of options during the appointment but I never felt rushed. I had a unique experience of getting to meet the designer as I ended up purchasing a dress from a trunk show going on at the time which made the day all the more special.

I whole-heartedly recommend Bridal and Formal to any bride searching for her wedding gown! Their bridal consultants are incredibly helpful. Bobbi helped me find my dream gown, and was considerate of my preferences in the search as I tried on multiple gowns.

Bobbi is AMAZING!! After weeks of searching for THE dress I finally went to Bridal & Formal. The store was suggested by my girlfriends and cousins who already been married so I finally went. I was a walk-in and they set me up with Bobbi. Hands down the most compassionate, patient, understanding, and hard-working Bridal Consultant I have ever met! No joke! I had an idea of what I wanted and she came running with so many fantastic options for my shape. I'm extremely picky and she went with it. Seriously, all new brides should get her asap! I had the most amazing experience purchasing my wedding dress at Bridal and Formal. I decided to do a walk-in visit, instead of scheduling an appointment. I did this because I didn’t want the “pressure” of having a ton of appointments/obligations in one day. They immediately paired me with my Consultant, Jen (who just absolutely nailed my style). I knew the style/look I wanted going in and had selected 2 dresses while waiting for Jen. I showed Jen a couple of my dress ideas (Pinterest of course) and she asked if I trusted her to pick me a gown before I tried on the others. With this being the FIRST AND ONLY bridal shop that I have ever been in, I was a little nervous, but went along with it (she knew my style and ideas). She came back with the most BEAUTIFUL of gowns. Kelsey is the best! She helped both my sister and me find our dream dresses when we were visiting Cincinnati over the holidays. She listened to the details we wanted, and was creative enough to grab choices that we might not have picked ourselves. Both of us found dresses within two hours' time. The experience was fun and relaxing, especially with the complimentary champagne! I wasn't sure if they would accommodate our group of six people, but they had plenty of room. The selection of dresses is amazing, and the service we received from Kelsey was first-rate. Definitely make an appointment if you're visiting on a weekend!

Terrible experience! I had an appointment scheduled for the following weekend but decided to stop in on a Tuesday afternoon. Three employees were standing behind the desk and they greeted me when I walked in. The male associate asked about my wedding and showed me around the store. He let me know to check out the dresses and let them know if I would like to try anything on. After searching throughout the entire store not one employee came to check on me, including the person who said he would help me as there was one small group in the store trying dresses on. I walked to look at the newest arrivals near the entrance of the store and desk as there were two employees standing there talking. Not once did an employee approach me to see how I was doing, needed help or wanted to try on dresses. I walked through to check the dresses I wanted to try on to see if it was even worth it asking for help. I decided it was not and walked past the desk as one employee made eye contact. While walki... I would have understood if I did not have an appointment and it was very busy. I was very disappointed as this is a beautiful store, great layout and beautiful selections by style and price point. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to this negative experience. I had been to two store in the past week which provided amazing customer service even when they were very busy with appointments and walk ins. I hope this does not continue as this is a terrible experience for brides trying to find their wedding gown for their wedding day.

We went into this store after having made an appointment and were treated so disrespectfully that we ended up leaving after I tried on only two dresses. We were sent to the back room to wait for our consultant while she finished helping another bride and were never given a room with seating for my guests and mirrors like the other brides. Someone told us to start looking at the dresses but said to “watch the price tag” numerous times without knowing my budget, which was off-putting. So I was trying on dresses in the fitting room and they took me out into the middle of the warehouse-like area where everyone was walking back and forth carrying dresses to the other brides in their nicely lit rooms with seating areas and wall-to-wall mirrors covering multiple walls for the bride to see her dress from all angles, as most people want to see the train of their dress. Read more didn’t have the money to buy a dress or what their reason was (I’m not someone who acts disrespectful, was not underdressed, and I’m a young professional/physician so it’s not as though I couldn’t afford a wedding dress, but they made it VERY clear they did not care to get my business), so I asked why I couldn’t try on dresses in one of the rooms with mirrors. I was initially told that it was because I was a walk-in. I informed the consultant, as I did the people at the front desk, that I had an appointment, which they confirmed when I walked in the door. She then said that I came (to my scheduled appointment) at a bad time. My flower girl also chose a flower girl dress, asked if she could try it on, they said, “okay,” then walked away and did not return. I was so disappointed and felt so Insulted and disrespected that we just left and no matter how much I like any dress that they carry, I will be sure to find it anywhere else, regardless of whether I have to go to another city to get it.
