We absolutely loved working with Brûlée for our September wedding. We were originally scheduled to get married at a venue in May, but had to postpone due to Covid and had to find a caterer for our backyard wedding. We interviewed a few different caterers but were most impressed with Brûlée. Everything leading up to the wedding (the tasting, menu planning, logistics) was very easy. Dan was our point person, and he was super responsive and knowledgeable. The wedding itself went great, even with the challenges presented by Covid. The food was amazing (we care deeply about food) and the service was top-notch. They did a great job setting up our ceremony space (chairs, welcome drinks, etc.), the cocktail hour space, and inside the tent. Brûlée and its staff did an especially good job with safety protocols, including for cocktail hour / passed food, dinner service, and bar service.
