We were sorry to read this review. Bonnet House prides itself on being one of the most beautiful and well-organized wedding venues in Fort Lauderdale. Since Bonnet House operates as a venue-only, the caterer is responsible for clean-up after the event. This client hired a caterer that was grossly unprepared to service a wedding at a museum and lacked the staff to clean up afterwards. Bonnet House incurred substantial fees and spent many hours cleaning up debris that the caterer left behind. As the caterer refused to cover the museum's clean up expense, Bonnet House had no alternative but to withhold a portion of the client's security deposit in this case.
