  • Amanda and BlueBonnets were one of the best decisions in vendors I could have made for my big day! Amanda was incredibly helpful in the pre-planning stages; even in areas in which she didn't have to be. I went to her with questions on the actual venue when the venue coordinator was out of town--and she was nothing but helpful! It was important to me to have waitstaff & bartenders who had been at the venue before, as in my experience that tends to lessen the chance for last minute problems--and they definitely delivered! The linens were delivered on time and set up in what seemed like record time (they estimated to be done by 2 or 3pm; and they were almost completed by the time I arrived at the venue at 1:30) Dinner was served in a timely manner (buffet style); and the cleanup crew did a great job of cleaning everything up quickly and unnoticeably.   • My guests had a blast with the photo booth we rented from Bluebonnet Events! The props were awesome and we got every picture on a CD which was great! The price vs. value is outstanding! We will be using the photo booth at my sister's wedding too!!! Thanks guys!!

Going into the wedding planning we honestly had no idea where to even begin but after only our first meeting with Amanda she assured us that she would take care of us and that’s when we instantly decided that we would be using her as our coordinator. From beginning to end Amanda was always instantly available. Any questions we had she would get back to us immediately and helped us alleviate so much stress that comes with wedding planning. Not only did she coordinate our wedding but her company Blue Bonnet events also supplied our centerpieces and floral at a ver affordable price. Carlos and I had no idea on where to start when we got engaged but with the help of Bluebonnet Events, our special night was absolutely perfect!   • Amanda and Cene we’re absolutely fantastic! Thanks to their services I didn’t have a worry in the world on such a chaotic and important day. They ensured everything went smoothly and on time so my family and I could relax and enjoy the day to it’s fullest. and we did! She was attentive and made sure myself and my bridal party were always comfortable and had what we needed. I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone, she made the cherry on top of a perfect day.   • I had a little bit of extra money in my budget and really wanted to do a charger to tie everything in at our place settings. Luckily my wedding coordinator knew of Amanda's company! We rented chargers at 50 cents a piece, which is a steal! Limited selection, but it was perfect for us and any budget bride!!!

  • I found Amanda just by googling wedding planners and was shopping around for price ranges and what services were offered. After talking to a handful of planners (many were very well known) It was the conversation on the phone, the tone in her voice and her genuineness I could hear and feel that told me I had found the perfect person for the job. July/August 2018 i asked if she could send me a few venue options based off of my budget and vision. She not only found the locations, she set up tours for me and included a very professional excel sheet comparing all of the venues and what the total wedding cost could come out to based off of what the venues offered. It was so detailed and me not knowing ANYTHING about weddings (barely knew what a bridal shower was) she gave me the best head start. Fearless and responsive, she never backed down from any problem, question, or concern I sent her way. She was proactive every step of the process and on the day of— she really shined, taking care of every detail before I could even consider her. Aside from coordinating the day-of, she also took care of our rentals and set up. We couldn’t have pulled off this event without her expertise. Do yourself a favor and book Amanda and her team!!!

  • Don’t know where to begin with on how amazing Amanda and her team are. She cares about the interests of the bride first and foremost and delivers top class service. Great resource for referrals; she strives to improve the quality of life of the bride. She decorated and took down decorations for the bride. Hands down will talk to any bride on the fence about getting a day of coordinator. Amanda is worth every penny (and more!) Thank you Amanda for making my day more than special, but perfect.

  • Our experience with Bluebonnet Events was AMAZING! Working with Amanda was definitely the best decision we could have made for our wedding. She was always on point when it came to her services. The professionalism her and her staff held was very satisfying. Our guest were all impressed and loved the setup and the way they were treated. We always had no problem getting in touch with Amanda. She is always understanding and asking question to ensure our vision, which we definitely loved! And anytime we wanted to change something, because we did have an outside wedding, so many things did change almost last minute, Amanda did not even sweat, and we were very impressed!   • We needed a coordinator for our wedding. Our venue provided a list of preferred coordinators but we decided to look around for another wedding planner who was more affordable for us. We met Amanda at Starbucks and right away we liked her. She seemed experienced and she had answers to all of our questions. We decided to hire her as our Day Of Coordinator. We hired her in the fall and our wedding was the next July. I texted her questions throughout the year and she was quick to respond to my texts. She gave great answers and suggestions. As we got closer to the wedding my mom and I met her for our 30-day out meeting to discuss our wedding itinerary and to do a walkthrough at our venue. She had never coordinated a wedding at our venue before. Everything seemed great up until the wedding day.     Thank you, Jessica, for taking the time to leave a review of our services. Without feedback, we don't know where we may have room for improvement. We are often at new venues, every wedding is different on the outside, but the bones of an event are usually the same. New venues do not fluster me/us. Our arrival time was scheduled for 12, our actual arrival was 12:30, (not over an hour late) I had left home an hour and a half before our arrival was scheduled but due to a major traffic incident, which I made you aware of (as well as contacting all the other vendors), it did cause an unforeseeable delay. Your entire schedule was not behind as a result of the 30-minute delay, the rehearsal was worked into the hair makeup schedule and lasted all of 20 minutes. I'm unsure why you are saying it was not unorganized, I used the line up we had discussed and it was written into the timeline. For the decorating of the tables, this was something you placed on us to accomplish and it was completed well before any guest ever arrived. This was not a bridal party or family responsibility. You hired us for 8 hours, you only paid for 8, but we were on site for a total of 10.5, 11.5 if you include the hour we took for lunch. We were never invited to consume food you had brought into the facility and We would never ask a bride to allow us to partake in the bridal suite food (that comes across as tacky). I do bring an assistant with me to events, the assistant is merely a second set of hands. My daughter is 21 and has been assisting in events in some magnitude since she was 14. She is well trained and she was there the duration of hire time plus the additional unpaid time through midnight. I never mentioned a team arriving for your event. I apologize that the pre-ceremony pictures were not including floral. The floral was/is put on before the ceremony to ensure the men do not damage the delicate boutonnieres, which is a common occurrence when they "pre-game". I have never yelled at a wedding party. Even when they are drunk and not listening I still maintain a friendly attitude and I am surprised that you are making the allegations of my demeanor considering I was having a great evening and you and Ryan looked to be having a fun night. I am sad to hear that you were not having a great wedding day and that you were as disappointed with so many aspects of not just my services, but the marked down services of other providers on your day.
