My ring is an engagement and wedding ring all in one by the visionary designer Monique Lhuillier. She creates statement pieces like mine without the need for a band. My husband did WELL WITH and received AWESOME assistance from Joy V at The Diamond Pro (a separate entity) in selecting the right quality diamond with Blue Nile!!!

    • My husband I had SUCH a great experience with Blue Nile. He ordered my engagement ring from them, and then we both ordered our wedding bands through them as well. Shipping is crazy fast and the packaging was great. The only bummer is that cleaning requires some heavy duty insurance, since you have to ship the rings back to them to be cleaned, but it was well worth the hassle. We love our rings and have received so many compliments!

    • Both my husband and I purchased our wedding bands from Blue Nile and we are so happy we did! Shopping for rings was a daunting task without a "home" jeweler we could go to, so it was great to be able to browse and filter through the many options on Blue Nile's site. Not only do we love our beautiful rings, but we loved the level of service we received. We ordered 2 different styles to try on, made our decision at home, and were able to send back the others within a few days for a full refund. The whole process was so easy and I couldn't imagine doing it any other way.

    • BUYER BEWARE: Blue Nile customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. I sent my ring back for resizing shortly after I got engaged. They said this would be a 2-3 week process. It has now been 8 weeks and I do not have my ring. The shipping date keeps changing and they have no answers as to why except that they "can't get ahold of" their mystery vendor. Really Blue Nile? Don't you sell thousands if not millions of rings from this vendor? #goodone The shipping date for my ring has changed 3 times now. I'll post an update if I ever do get my ring back.

    • Do not get the Blue Nile credit card! I never received the ring, then they tried to say it was fraud, then they asked me to send a copy of my Drivers license, ss card and a copy of a bill through the mail.... I called a different department and they said I can fax it, then they said they have to close my account and they recommend I reapply. During this time my friend got engaged with a Blue Nile ring and the main diamond fell out in the restaurant and when she contacted Blue Nile they wanted to charge her to reset the ring and said it will take two weeks for her to get the ring back after she received it. I’m still disputing a $7k charge for a ring I never got. Then they called me and tried to apologize but still asked me to reapply. I called James Allen and they are amazing! Go there! Trust me you’ll love them; they’re way better!
