  • I am so pleased that my husband and I went with Blue Box for our wedding! I've always had a love of wedding photography and Max was amazing I couldn't have asked for anyone better and our pictures turned out great. They had a great music selection with DJ Perrin for our reception afterwards. Even almost a week later I still have friends and family asking how we found such a great company. We didn't have any hassles and our wedding turned out better than imagined.

  • DJ: Ben was our DJ. He contacted me the week before the wedding to go over specific songs and requests, talk about the flow, etc. I really tried to let him do his own thing-didn't want to micromanage-and boy did he. I absolutely believe he was the reason my reception was the most fun I have had in a long time. Everyone danced all night, he did a perfect job choosing a large mix of songs (date and genre) and did a great job directing the flow of the wedding (announcing main events, etc). Video: I initially only bought this service because my mom told me I would regret not doing it. Now that I have the video I couldn't imagine not having it. Kelly was my videographer, and she is AMAZING. She immediately med me feel very comfortable and while I noticed a video camera I didn't feel like she was overly intrusive.   • Oh Happy Day! Kelly was an absolute doll and so helpful and she fit right in with the bridal party! I cannot begin to tell you how above and beyond she went on my wedding day! She is truly one in million and I am so thankful I chose Bluebox!! She did an outstanding job and never once left my side! Thank you simply is not enough to tell her what an amazing job she did! All of my family and wedding party raved about her!! I trust her completely editing our wedding video footage! I received the footage of my wedding and absolutely loved it.   • We were extremely pleased with Blue Box wedding photography. They were very affordable and the quality of photos were great, people were surprised with how great of a price they came in at because our photos were amazing. We received our photos back 2 weeks after our wedding and there were 1,000 for our 8 hour wedding.

  • I used Blue Box for videography and photobooth. Both were excellent! Our videographer was creative and got every moment without being in the way. She even used one of my taller guests to help her with a shot to make sure she got a cool angle. Kelly was kind, considerate, and creative with her shots and how she conducted herself with our entire group. The photo booth was a huge hit with my guests! They were set up with easy access for my guests. Blue Box was very flexible with my needs for this - I wanted the set up and strips a little different than their normal way and they worked with me on every step. My expectations were met!

  • Blue Box was a great company to work with right from the beginning. Kristen was so helpful as we began planning the specifics. She was able to answer all of our questions completely. The online planning form was clear and easy to use as we planned for the video. Kelly was our videographer and she was amazing! She was flexible the day of the wedding and fit right in with our family and bridal party. We were able to be ourselves and enjoy our day as she captured every moment. The final products we received were so much more than we could've hoped for. We got a highlight video and a full length DVD. They are a beautiful way to relive our day. Kelly was available and quick to respond before and after the wedding. We requested extra copies for family and Blue Box was helpful and willing to make that happen for us.   • Run Run Run as fast as you can I booked with them. PAID them early!!!!! First woman I talked to GREAT went thourgh a game plan say she would email copies of every thing... never got them. then got a phone call from a rude second woman to tell me I needed to go over every thing all over again because the first woman was no longer with the company and she did not have any of what we already worked on..... Then I get a call AFTER already paying about 1300$$ to be told they sold my contract and they would no longer be dealing with me this is the name of the new company they will call you bye.........SO I was upset at first about them selling my contract but the new company was better then Blue box ever was. In addition to this I get the email from the new company and Blue Box never sent them ALL the MONEY that I had PAID!!!! I was lucky that I had saved all the emails with the payments that I had made!!!!!

  • PLEASE RUN!! If there were an option to leave a zero that's all this dreadful company receive. Laundry list of problems gone unresolved: - My contract was for photo/video. After 2 months of no correspondence i wanted to drop video services. I was charged $500 to cancel video... But photo and video both cost a fee of $250/per service to reserve. Which would leave my balance at zero, and I'd have to pay ANOTHER reservation fee for just photo -no explanation of cost when asked. -no way to know who was going to be my photographer/videographer -1 person instructed me to use the online portal to select photographer/videographer.... just for another to tell me that I don't have access until 90 days before the wedding -my initial point of contact no longer works there and no one followed up with me... It took me, the client, to make repeated attempts to figure out what was going on -The so called owner, David, was not very accommodating and very short in his correspondence ... Read more

  • I booked Blue Box because they were a great value for everything I wanted. However, the owner had some medical problems and could no longer handle the business. That would have been understandable had he actually told me. Instead, I received an email from another company who took over my contract. Needless to say, I was pissed to find out that way, especially because this was not a company I wanted to book, mainly because it wasn't the one I picked. The lack of professionalism displayed by the owner of this company is the reason why I would not recommend them.

  • I would definitely not recommend this vendor. We hired two photographers and a videographer from them and were extremely disappointed. One of the photographers was lazy (sitting and resting, told guests he was out late the night before) and even left early. The clothing they wore to our event was ridiculous! The quality and amount of photos was not what was promised or expected and was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication during the planning process was also not what was outlined in our contract or what we were told when we signed our contract 8 months out. When I attempted to contact the manager/owner (David), I got the run around for quite a while and then was told he would investigate my complaints and get back to me in a couple weeks. Two months plus later and we have heard nothing. They were a pathetic excuse for a wedding provider and I would encourage everyone to steer clear!

  • Warning: the pictures only get edited professionally for an additional $95 an hour, which is apparently hidden in the contract. So basically, you're only paying for a fancy camera, not a professional photographer.

  • Blue Box was amazing! We got a Black Friday deal on the DJ service, so we were really happy with the price. Jamal was our DJ and he did a great job considering we didn't give him much guidance. He kept our guests on the dance floor and did a great job with all of the announcements and helping us change the timeline when our plans changed. He worked well with the videographer and photographer, even though they weren't with Blue Box. He gave us his personal cell phone number and told us we could text him details any time. He did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  • Photographers were on time and great. One of our 2 photographers from blue box was very cocky and didn't get many good photos of me, but the other was doing great with the guys and took a LOT of photos. The one that was being very cocky ended up not getting as good of photos. Blue box, despite me booking my wedding with them over a year in advance, gave me both photographers that they hired out from another company because they were over booked, so I didn't even get one of their "core" photographers. I was pretty upset about that. Then the girl at the front lied to me about it and was unable to give me any photos the girl had done before. I spent so much money with them that I thought this was a really uncool business practice. One of the front desk girls is amazing, Kristen, and the other is kind of rude. I did not receive the quality of photographs that I saw from the company that made me choose them.

  • I love that Blue Box offers all of these services with only one contact person. It is a great stress reliever for a bride who is planning the event herself. I have loved working with Taylor as a contact person to set up the four services I will have at my wedding and I hope that everything will run smoothly as previous brides have said it has. I am getting married next year and have loved working with blue box so far!

  • We signed a contract with BlueBox at a local bridal show. We did the package deal of a DJ, 2 Photographers, 1 Videographer, and a Phototbooth w/ attendant. The price for the bundle package compared to the other vendors at the show was significantly lower. At first I was worried about the quality of the service because of the affordable price, but all of the services turned out great for our wedding. I rated professionalism and responsiveness as a 3.5 because of an incident that happened in the beginning… My husband and I had some questions regarding the photographer that was selected for us, and about the overall process of the company. We reached out to an individual via email and she was very short in her responses back to us. After going back and forth, getting nowhere via email, we tried to call her at the office.
