  • I was contacted to inform me the flowers ordered over a week in advance could not be completed. They wanted to change out one bunch of flowers with another. I selected a different flower for replacement. However I got the wrong replacement flowery. My colors were yellow and white. What do I do with orange flowers. Then the say the flowers are recommend to be delivered two days before use. The hydrangeas died the day of the event. But I fallowed the storing directions as dictated.

We ask customers to contact us within 24 hours to allow us to try to address any concerns or problems before their event. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your buying experience or the flowers we deliver, we will correct the issue, refund your money, or re-ship your order. While there are occasions when substitutions are necessary, our policy is always to replace with equal value or higher item or refund the difference. We are committed to complete customer satisfaction and do make every effort to ensure that our orders are filled 100%. Unfortunately, availability can sometimes be affected by growing conditions, transport delays, and seasonality fluctuations. We make every effort to substitute with the similar look bloom and reach out to our customers prior to shipping to discuss options. If our customer does not happy with the substitutions offered, we are more than happy to issue a refund. It is our goal to resolve any issues and make sure that our customers are happy.

  • Thank you for the ease of your website and on line ordering, answering by phone my delivery concerns, exacting email tracking, and how to process the flowers when they arrived. They opened and are perfect ( some are still in a vase 11 days). YOU WERE THE ONLY SITE FOUND WITH THE EXACT FLOWER PICTURE THE BRIDE REQUESTED . Though we used our own small bowl arrangements for outdoor tables, it was very nice to see arrangement tutorials on you website. The wedding was in Japan; this event was a reception for immediate American family. Definitely will refer and use you again as an occasion warrants. Thank you!

  • I ordered Italian ruscus for our wedding reception tables for our wedding and it was so easy and came right on time and looked beautiful. With some candles it was all we needed and the customer service was fantastic when I had questions about rehydrating. You can ordered ahead of time for your specific date so you don’t have to worry about remembering. I’d definitely recommend.

  • If you are on a tight budget, planning to make your own floral arrangements, or hoping to boost your floral decor for your wedding day, Bloomsbythebox is a great option. They have great advice and tutorials on making arrangements and bouquets, as well as helpful care advice for each type of flower they sell. I recommend that if you are a novice (like I was), make a spreadsheet for each arrangement to keep track of everything you need...then add a few extra of each flower in case you have some issues. The quality of the flowers I received was great, but there were a few stems that ended up flawed or damaged in the process. Overall a great experience!

  • Never heard of this company or the idea of freeze dried flowers but I am so glad I stumbled upon their website. I spoke with a customer service rep before making my purchase which was extremely helpful in determining exactly how much I needed. Overall, very satisfied with the service and quality of product.

  • The blooms came in perfect condition. They were the best blooms that I've received for wedding flowers in the past 5 years. I will definitely order again. The only complaint that I have is the white roses browned on the tips within 24 hours. That was unfortunate. Everything else was wonderful. Than you blooms by the box!

  • My flowers arrived on time, but 1 item had been substituted for something out of stock. I called and they overnight shipped the desired item, but FedEx dropped the ball and I did not get the product until Monday. It was to be delivered Saturday by 2:30pm. But this was not Bloomsbythebox fault.

  • The flowers worked very well for the wedding, was unable to use the pink mini carnations as they were to peachy for the flower arrangements. Flowers arrived on time, rehydrated well and were beautiful for this occasion. Will use again for any event I work on. Thank you

  • The day the order was to be shipped, I received a call stating that the eucalyptus we ordered was not available and they could send another type. The one they submitted was a cheaper alternative than the one originally ordered, but they did not credit the credit card the difference. When the order arrived, the eucalyptus had brown, half eaten leaves. Due to the date of the wedding, I was unable to ask for a new shipment. After arranging the ceremony site and dinner table, I decided to throw away the eucalyptus.

  • We bought flowers for an event to see if we could use this vendor for a larger event. I was very excited by the pictures and their selection. However, my excitement faded when I received my order. We had ordered mostly greens that were fading and dry when we received them. We were especially disappointed by the Amaranthus Hanging Green, we put them in water immediately in a cool place and they were completely wilted a few hours later. We needed to go to Costco to buy more flowers. When I wrote to explain my issue I was told "wilty was ok" - not so ok with me - see pic. They would not give any refund as I did not contact them in 24 hours. Needless to say we will not use them for our next event.

    Hi Gina, We are sorry that we weren’t able to accommodate Gina’s request for a refund. The Amaranthus is indeed a hanging green, and like most other dry-shipped flowers and greens need a minimum of 8 hours to rehydrate to lose the “sleepy” look that happens during transit. Unfortunately, when she contacted us 12 days after receiving the product, she had already discarded them on receipt, and we never had the chance to discuss the rehydration instructions that were included in the packaging. We do request customers contact us with any issues within 24 hours of receipt to help them take the necessary steps to ensure that the flowers and greens are restored to full beauty prior to use and that they plan to receive the flowers two days prior to the event for that same reason. We take our reputation for excellent customer service to heart and are sorry that we weren’t given the opportunity to provide the same to her in this case.

  • Overall the flowers were beautiful. 3 bunches of burgundy Snapdragon lost all their blooms and never bloomed more, and we received 2 Bunch of Garden Rose White that had rotten spots that lost all their petals. If I’d had time to call, I think they would’ve replaced them all overnight. We didn’t have much time and we just got busy with what we had. They came out beautiful though. Totally would use them again
