  • Great vendor. I ordered two batches of babies breath and a batch of roses. The roses arrived wilted, I guess it was too humid and the ice pack melted & made the box humid. I emailed the company with pictures and they responded quickly and refunded me for the roses, but suggested that I still cut them and put them in water anyway to try and save them. A majority of the roses came back, but it was a scary moment for a girl with a wedding in two days. I would order from them again!

  • This was a practice run for my daughter’s wedding. Checking the carnation colors, Moonshade Fancy and Moonlight Fancy, both received in great condition and opened nicely. Huckleberry not a good choice for our needs but it was good to learn that. We will go with eucalyptus or ruscus.

  • The only issue I had with your flower service was that the box was transported/delivered on end, and so some of the flowers were broken and damaged at their tops (snapdragon tops were broken and some roses were crunched on the top.)

  • Overall, the roses, daisies, carnations and hypericum I bought turned out to be beautiful. There was a slight problem with another flower I bought but the vendor apologized and refunded that portion of the money to me immediately. I would definitely buy from Blooms by the box again. It definitely beat spending thousands of dollars on flowers for my wedding. The quality was great and so was the service.thank you for helping to make our day special!

I was contacted by customer service the day before as one of the flowers I had ordered was not available and an alternative was offered so was nice to know beforehand and have the option to decide what to do. However the bouquets I ordered were to have a hydrangea in each bouquet and instead a lily was substituted which I was not aware of which never opened up and we ended up not using them. That was a disappointment as there is a big difference between they hydrangea which is a big flower, and the lily. But all the other flowers were in good shape and all in all I would order from them again and recommend them especially if doing an event with DYI flower arrangements. Was nice to get the FedEx tracking number to keep tabs on the order with the wedding date fast approaching and emotions on high alert.

  • My flowers came on time and I appreciated the directions for care, however all of my tulips were wilted and the leaves had turned yellow. They were very small and yet so expensive compared to regular prices. The eucalyptus I ordered were fine, however I was disappointed overall because tulips were so bad.
