  • Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding venue! The Biltmore Hotel has always been a special place to me since I remember visiting it as a kid and now I will always have fond memories of it as the place where I said "I do." The service we received from Cristina and the catering staff was always professional, responsive, kind and understanding making the planning process truly wonderful. That being said, we did experience quite a few things that were lacking/disappointing. The rooms themselves need some renovation, the front desk staff to be more well-informed, and we wish we had known some of the add-on expenses from the beginning since there always seemed to be more than what we had anticipated. Due to their many restrictions, personalizing your wedding is made somewhat difficult unless you are willing to pay more for them to be willing to make allowances. Overall, our wedding was amazing but The Biltmore has room for improvement.

  • The Biltmore hotel was quite expensive, but the location is BEAUTIFUL. They weren't very flexible about including our rehearsal dinner in with our wedding food and budget minimum, but we did get upgraded to the Everglades suite a day early! Overall, very happy with my wedding there!

  • They were so helpful and accommodating! They were flexible and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. It was absolutely beautiful. We were also so grateful and impressed for the free room upgrade my husband and I got. Everything was amazing!

  • I stayed at the Biltmore the day before my wedding and my wedding night. I was underwhelmed with the service that I received. I made the employees aware that I would be staying for my wedding but received nothing, not even a congratulations from what I remember. I've traveled personally and on business often and have received small recognition gifts, complimentary of the hotels, making my stay more pleasurable. Brides are not owed anything but it doesn't take much to "wow" a customer with a small token of appreciation for choosing your business.

  • I don't know where to begin with the tremendous service the Bitlmore provided with our wedding planning. Bruce and Natalia are a DREAM team, answering every question I had along the way while planning my fairytale wedding. I went to school right down the street at the University of Miami, so the Biltmore holds a very special place in my heart --- this is why I chose this as our wedding venue. Aside from the charm, the hotel itself offers a range of activities for guests as well as attention to detail that is unmatched (my husband golfed on their world wide known course and raved about it). We were looking for a more old school kind of feel and the Biltmore provided us just that. The Granada Ballroom was spectacular and the detail throughout the room was only amplified with the uplighting we had set up around the room.   • I chose the Biltmore Hotel for my wedding reception and I could not be more happy! Everything was amazing, the food, the ballrooms, the staff, and the list goes on. I planned my wedding two states away and I have to say that I trusted them with all my ideas and everything was beautifully executed! I would definitely have them again for future events!

  • The venue, the service and the quality of food was top notch. It was the perfect place to host our brunch wedding, and the staff made sure everything went off without a hitch. I can't wait to go back to their Sunday brunch to celebrate my anniversary!

  • The Good: The planning process was excellent. Their responsiveness and flexibility is the reason we chose them as our reception venue. The location is ideal and the property is beautiful. Front desk staff is (for the most part) friendly and welcoming, the concierge team was very helpful, and the bellmen were lifesavers when moving in for a week. The restaurants on property are very good though somewhat pricey. Even the food served by the pool is delicious but, again, comes at a considerable price. The Bad: The event did not live up to our expectations. The food and service was hit or miss, probably because they had other events going on that day and ours was not a priority. The Sleepless: They had a generator going and we could hear it from our suite on the 6th floor. Various guests had to request a room change because it was so loud on lower floors.
