Brittany and Katie were so wonderful to work with. We hired them as our Day-Of Coordinators, because we felt we needed someone in charge of everything to allow us to enjoy our wedding day. They really took everything out of our hands, and we had absolutely nothing to worry about except enjoying each moment of our day together. They are both so responsible, efficient, and easy to work with. They took any and all of our suggestions and helped to make our day exactly how we imaged. They used our flowers and decorations to make our venue even more beautiful than we had hoped!

We hired Bella Mystique Designs for their day of coordination package for our August Wedding. To our dismay, the majority of the tasks we hired them for were not completed. My family, wedding party and other vendors ended up running around dealing with the "day of emergencies" caused by the lack of competence of Bella Mystique. The overall attitude of Brittany was unprofessional. Guests, Vendors, and our wedding party commented on Brittany being "Intense and rude". Her response to this when we met with her to come to terms a month after the wedding was "I cannot control how other people feel about my demeanor." I felt as though that was a terrible response given I had over 5 people make it a point to tell me about her behavior the day of the wedding. The lack of "customer focus" during the meeting was the worse I have ever experienced and no common ground was found.
