  • I was able to go to both store (Hickory and Gastonia). They had amazing service. The store manager had great customer service skills and was very attentive to my needs. I'm so excited to wear my dress on our day!

  • My husband and his groomsmen all went and got their tuxes from here. Needless to say everything went PERFECTLY! They worked well with all the guys and were very much on top of everything! 10/10 would recommend!!

  • I had an appointment with Paula over the weekend and she was so fun to work with! I had an issue at another bridal shop I went to where it seemed like the staff was uncomfortable as soon as they learned I was marrying a woman, and luckily I did not encounter that problem here. Major props to Paula for helping me find the perfect dress, well under my budget!

  • Bedazzled is an amazing bridal store and the staff are fantatic! Our wedding was suppose to be in October and we ended up having to move the date to September due to venue availability and they rush ordered my dress and didn't even charge me for it! They are a wonderful group of ladies and I would recommend them to anyone I know. My experience was amazing, the staff helped me pick the wedding dress of my dreams. Also the pricing is very affordable- I got my dress and veil all for $750! Thank you for making my bridal shopping stress free and enjoyable. You all played a huge part in making my day special. Thank you Bedazzled!

  • We were told we could browse and then as soon as we began looking someone came to me and told me rudely that we could not look because they "wanted to keep and eye on us". We were not unzipping bags or moving anything, simply trying to look at styles while we waited to get ideas. The bride, my daughter, was checking in as the sign asked. If you can only look by appointment only, it should not be open for public access. I have bought prom dresses there in the past and felt welcomed by the staff, but this time I felt that our presence was a bother and that we were not welcome to shop. I am the mother of 4 daughters, 3 of which have not married yet, but I will probably NEVER shop here again because of the rudeness and the unwelcoming attitude I encountered. Unless the staff makes some major adjustments, I would recommend that you look elsewhere!

  • Shopping at this store turned into a nightmare for my friend. She purchase a wedding dress that originally cost around $700 dollars, however it was marked down to half of the price because according to the sales person the dress was missing a few buttons on the back. My friend still purchased the dress, however three weeks before her wedding she decided to try the dress, when all of the sudden she noticed a tear inside the dress. She took it back in the hope of getting another dress or at very least getting that tear fix. She does not speak English so I went with her. I demanded to speak to the manager and that never happened. They told her they did not accept any returns and neither they were going to fix it because they said she caused that tear when she tried the dress on. I argued that she never tried the dress on after she purchased it and that the tear was already there in the first place and that they as the store have the obligation of inspecting every single dress to make sure...   • I walked into Bedazzled on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and they were able to work me in which I was very thankful for! I walked in knowing I wanted a gown with long sleeves. They had 3 in the entire store (I know they probably cannot help this entirely but still, I was disappointed) They pulled those 3 (which were monstrosities, which they also probably cannot help) The consultant kept pulling other dresses telling me to "just try this" I had already been other places and just tried things, I knew what I wanted. While trying on the last dress the consultant told me she was excited to actually see someone in this dress, the only other person that had tried was too big and was never going to get it on) I felt it wasn't very professional and was wondering if she would say the same about me as I couldn't get one of the samples she pulled over my butt! I don't think I would recommend them!

  • I ordered my wedding dress from the Gastonia location and had no issues, but when we returned to order my groom's tuxedo as well as the ring bearer's, we found out that a child's tux costs the same as an adult male's. Additionally, shoes cost extra to rent and after all the extras it still did not include socks. When we returned 2 months later to pick up the tuxedos (2 days before our wedding as instructed by our bridal consultant), the groom's vest and jacket were 2 sizes too big and the sleeves of the ring bearer's jacket were above his elbows. Now my groom did loose about 7 lbs, but he was definitely measured incorrectly while in store originally. Our ring bearer is 8 so there was no way he could have outgrown the jacket, when the rest of the tuxedo fit him. We had to reorder the pieces by 5 that day to be picked up the next day and while the staff did accommodate our delayed arrival due to a tropical storm and traffic, it added unnecessary stress to our final few days.
