  • I had a horrible experience with this company! I was told at time of purchase my item would be to me by August 27th. I then checked in on the online chat and asked about my products delivery 2 weeks ago and was told again the product would be to me by August 27th. I emailed them today (august 29th) as I had not received my product and was told it was on back order until September 27th. No one reached out to me to let me know there was an issue with the order I had placed. I had to contact them! This is now 1 week before I need the product! I am very displeased by their customer service and their communication skills.

  • Ordered tea cups. Backorder. I cancel because not having them keep my money while it is on backorder. Reordered again. They said they were in stock and I should have in 2 days. Time past. Called yesterday. Said they would look into it and call back. Never did. Call today, saying back ordered until November. REFUND! They are not keeping my money. Beginning to thing this place isn’t on the up and up.

  • Tried ordering my wedding favors from them. Over $700 and they refused to put an accent over the name of my fiancé. You're telling me that on wedding favors you cannot even spell fiancé correctly because you cannot put an á on the favors?? Very poorly managed.

  • Do NOT order from this website! I ordered some party favors for my best friends bridal shower next weekend. I totally understood if they couldn't get 40 personalized boxes done in a week. The owner I believe let me know by email that I could either cancel the order or order something else. I responded asking if there was a way he could send me similar options that would compare to the product/price that he believed would be done in time. They have charged my card already and with the shower just being days away I got no response. I gave them such a low rating because after two follow up emails and a call to customer service(they are closed for an entire day for an event!) I still have gotten no response. I believe that is extremely unprofessional to not be responsive especially after you charge someone's card. I would avoid at all cost.

  • HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOUR BETTER OFF ON AMAZON. OR SOMEWHERE YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE TREATED FAIR. I ordered some favors for my sons wedding. Picture showed a basket with tags personalized. I ordered it, cost 55.00 total for 25 of them. It showed it cost 1.80each, plus shipping. Than when it arrived it was just the tag. Yeah 55.00 for 25 tags. Called them spoke with Sandy the manager, who could care less. You don't show a picture of a nice favor basket, with rope, and tags. Than send the customer just the tags.. saying that is what the item is. Hello.. where does it say basket not included? No where. They should be sued for false advertising, and I would win! CON: Misleading items for sale CON: Don't care for their customers PRO: NONE! Go to another place, where your taken care of! I will never be back, and always refer family away from Beau-Coup. A horrid place!

  • They are plain shady. I purchased from them a couple months ago my wedding favors. Opened the box and at a glance looked correct. Last week I went to assemble them and found out that 18 out of 22 packs that I ordered are WRONG. They packed it so that the four correct ones were on top and the rest in the bottom that were wrong were hidden by the correct ones. They don't want to refund me or give me replacements. So, now I have to find favors all over again.

  • I was very displeased with my order. I ordered 120 mason jars that were to be printed with art work we chose . The glasses came in and the artwork was ridiculously small that you can’t even read their names. The art dept. should have realized that the art work should have been made larger to be in per portion with the size of the glass. I paid over $350 for the order . Their only resolution was a discount on remaking them! How about making a new order without charging me as you should have known that you needed to enlarge the image?? Please beware as we have a wedding sept. 15th with glasses as souvenirs that the guests won’t even be able to read the names .

  • Jars and stickers look nice and as expected, however my order was wrong. There was a jar missing. I also confirmed with the support team before I ordered that extra labels would be sent. Extra labels were not sent. I sent e-mails with no help from the team. I called their number and was put on hold for half an hour before I got sent to their voicemail. I had to call again and finally someone picked up. They were unapologetic with my terrible experience. The person did say they would fix my order. Fingers crossed.

  • Made an online purchase (from Canada), they provide an estimated delivery date which was well before the date I needed the merchandise. They then charged my credit card only to contact me two days later to say it's on back order and that I won't receive the merchandise in time. Needless to say after canceling the order I am stuck paying the currency exchange difference and their customer service is horrible so they refused to do anything about it.

  • STOP! If you are thinking of using this company, think again. First try calling them to see if you can get an answer- Then try leaving a VM as see if this gets returned. I can almost guarantee from my experiences it will not be. On top of this, Although they charge outrageous shipping fees, you will then be expected to pay another shipping fee to UPS upon delivery. I paid $90 delivery for some personalized tea bags... tea bags!!!! I was then charged another $70 from UPS upon delivery! The quality of the product is OKAY at best, not bad, but certainly not high quality. The website is great, very easy to use and lets you really see your product and the price for the product is not bad until you get around all the hidden and added on fees. Despite advertising the page with Canadian flags the product is charged in USD. Would NEVER use this company again and will actively tell friends and family to avoid it!

  • Unfortunately, I gave them my email address to take it vantage of a discount offer. I never bought the item, but I was hit with a barrage of unwanted emails. Four of them in less than 24 hours is borderline harassment. After unsubscribing, The emails keep coming. I would not recommend this company.

  • This company is from the U.S. I am from Ontario and for those of you who are not from USA,,, not a good idea to order it here as you would have to pay Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) to UPS, so you are spending more money besides the very expensive shipment.

  • Ordered personalized mason jars from this company. They emailed me promptly to let me know when they shipped and when I received them they looked great! Until at my wedding everyone had black stuff on their faces because the print was coming off all of the mugs. Not ONE mug kept its printing on it. Terrible quality for a favor that cost me 3.75 a piece. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
