  • I can not rave enough about how great Brad and Kerri were to work with throughout the whole process. Brad communicated the entire time. He was fast with responding. We spoke about what I was looking for with our wedding video and delivered 100%. They are sweet, easy to work with, and very professional.

  • Brad and Kerri are extremely professional and have an artistic eye. They captured every moment from before the wedding throughout the reception. The DVD was turned around in record time and we have enjoyed watching it over and over. They captured all of the moments without being a disruption to the service or reception events. Recommend 100%

  • I never thought I needed or wanted our wedding to be captured through video, but that all changed when I knew my grandparents, who mean so much to me, became too ill to attend our wedding. We contacted Brad just a few months before our wedding and he stayed in touch up until our big day. Brad was absolutely wonderful to work with in every way. He was attentive, professional, and provided a beautiful product. He and his wife were awesome during our wedding day. We barely saw them, but Brad was sure to remind us of things we had mentioned we wanted to include. Because Brad was aware of my grandparents poor health, he returned our highlight video with a special message to my grandparents to us within a few days after the wedding. It means so much to me that my grandparents got to see our wedding and hear our special message to them. I can't wait to share with them the entire wedding video. I am so happy we decided to have our wedding captured by Brad and his wife!

  • We loved having Brad and his wife as our videographers! They were very communicative, prompt, professional, and happy to work with us as we prepared for the big day. They were flexible in rolling with the punches and any changes that occurred especially with not having been a part of the rehearsal the night before to preview the event/review the timeline. They even met with us for a before wedding meeting at a local Sheetz due to conflicting schedules which showed us how professional and courteous they were in going above and beyond to provide services to us. Brad's professionalism was also evident in the questions he asked us and the information he provided throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, he and his wife were flexible and worked tirelessly to capture moments from our big day from start to finish of all the festivities. They were very unobtrusive so it was easy to forget they were there (in a good way!). We can't wait to see the end result and are excited to v... Read more

  • Brad's videography skills are truly a work of art! He was fantastic to work with- prompt replies to phone calls/emails, met with us numerous times to discuss our ideas and was very honest. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Brad and have him capture our special day. We couldn't have asked for better video coverage. Brad produced a beautiful story that we will be able to share for years to come. I can't say enough good things about Brad. THANK YOU!

He took the time to attend my rehearsal so he could become equated with the location of my wedding and also with my bridal party and family. He takes his time to capture all of the beautiful moments & small details of your big day. I highly recommend Brad & his wife to capture your special day!

  • Brad did an awesome job on our wedding DVD! We got our DVD back less than two weeks after we were married. He captured all the important moments of our day and was very unobtrusive. We barely knew he was there througout the day because he kept a low-profile. The DVD is great, and the quality turned out well also.

  • BC Productions is great! Very unobtrusive, beyond unobtrusive; we barely saw him at our wedding/reception, but the DVD is wonderful. From watching the video you would have thought that they were front and center at the wedding to capture all of our special moments. Brad and Kerri put their creative touched in the video which were very much appreciated! Great price, Awesome product and AMAZING people!

  • Do not waste your money! Terrible at communicating with their clients. He showed up at our rehearsal and creepily followed us around the venue without even introducing himself - we had to go up to him and say sorry but who are you?? He emailed us a day before the wedding and asked if there would be a microphone during the ceremony - to which I Stated yes the pastor would have a microphone. Day of the wedding — he had zero creative ideas for the video. He completely relied on the creativity of the photographer. He used a camcorder that is likely from the 90s at Walmart. We expected Professional equipment! He left the reception without any notice to us and missed recording of events we would have loved to include. —- 4 weeks later we received our highlight video. Omg terrible! He used still photos from our photographers that he did not have copyright permission to use! The editing was poor. — he emailed asking if we would like to re-record our vows because his equipment did not pi... Read more

Thank you, Jennifer, for your review of videography services for your August 10, 2019 wedding date. We are very sorry you are unhappy with various aspects of your videography service for your event. In regard to Rehearsal, we arrived at 4:00 pm, an hour before the Rehearsal was supposed to begin at 5:00 pm. Standard procedure. After capturing some video footage, our team stood at the rehearsal site on the golf course for 45 minutes and nobody showed up, including a Wedding Coordinator. We called the venue to find out if anyone had arrived yet and someone suggested we go to the Pro Shop. Upon doing so, we were informed the wedding party may be up in the bar. The employee walked us up and nobody knew who anyone was due to none of us ever meeting before. As we walked in, the entire wedding party walked out to go to the rehearsal site. We asked a person if this was the Bell/Smith wedding indicating we were the videographers and they said it was. Please join them and walk to the ceremony site on the golf course with us they said. We introduced ourselves to both the Bride and Groom at the Rehearsal and checked out everything as normal from that point on. We pride on communication being a significant part of the day as far as to know what to capture. Documentation is provided to all clients a month in advance of their wedding date reminding them that if we are not made aware of things that will occur during the event, it is not our responsibility if they are not captured correctly or are missed. The week of your wedding, we called the venue to inquire about the ceremony location, if microphones were going to be used and if so, how. The ceremony took place right in the middle of a golf course. The venue said they did not provide anything. Based on that, an email was sent to Jennifer a few days before the wedding inquiring about microphone usage and if so, by whom. On August 8 at 8:00 am, Jennifer replied to me and said, “It is my understanding that the DJ has a microphone for the Pastor/us during the vows. If you have other questions, please let us know. Looking forward to meeting you.” During Rehearsal, we established camera placements and spoke to the Pastor. The Pastor informed us he would be using a microphone from the DJ and passing it to the Bride and Groom to vocalize their vows and communications during the ceremony. The Pastor confirmed our camera placements would be fine and were not going to interfere or be a problem. The microphone, again, was confirmed the day of the wedding event as our team discussed once again with the Pastor as well as the DJ. The Pastor confirmed he would be handing the microphone to the Bride and Groom for all of their audio parts during the ceremony. The DJ confirmed he would be placing a lapel mic on the Groom as well to make sure all of the guests were able to clearly hear the vows and all of their other audio. Based on that communication, we asked if we could tap in to the DJ’s audio for the best sound capture and he agreed. When the ceremony started, both videographers noticed there was no lapel mic placed on the Groom and the Officiant was not handing the microphone over to the Bride and Groom for any of their speaking parts as he indicated he would. We attempted to grab the attention of the Officiant and the DJ without disrupting the ceremony; however, nobody responded to us and both continued forward with the remainder of the ceremony. The end result was very little to no Bride/Groom audio being captured. During the editing process, we reached out to both the Bride & Groom to ask if they would like to re-recite their vows and ring exchange vocals for inclusion in the video. They both declined our offer twice in writing. It should also be noted that our team arrived over two hours prior to the ceremony start time. Upon the conclusion of the first look and photography sessions with the bridal party, our team went to the ceremony site about an hour before the ceremony started. There were various signs created and brought along for guests to see and interact with. Nobody from the venue came to set up anything. We started to set up the various signs and the Pastor even assisted our team to get everything set up by providing medical tape to secure each sign to the stands provided due to the occasional high winds. Twenty minutes before the ceremony started, our team had to ask a Groomsman for a table to put the unity candle on last minute. Nobody from the venue took care of this either. Since a table could not be located or provided, the Pastor agreed to just use his stool behind the podium as the setting for the unity candle in front of the podium. Continuing on with communication, clients are provided with a document to complete for us prior to their event. We collect and review it a minimum of two weeks out before the event. There was no notification provided to us about a special cake cutting in which the Bride and Groom would not be feeding themselves, but would be placing cake in the faces of their Flower Girl and Ring Bearer. Had we been notified in advance about the cake cutting, we would have been better prepared and not captured most of this off camera. Additionally, there was a special dance that occurred in which our team was not informed about in advance through the Bride, Groom or DJ. While it was still captured, parts of the beginning were missed until the DJ got on the microphone and stated what was happening to all of the guests. Had he mentioned this to us prior to wedding party entrances whenever we confirm all formalities and surprises, if any, we would have been better prepared. Within the signed contract, it states the following, “the videographers will arrive to the event location two hours prior to the event time and depart at/around 30-45 minutes in to the guests dancing.” Repeating again, we rely on communication with all of our clients. If there are special events happening after the 30-45 minutes that we know about in advance, (fireworks, staged exit, etc.) we stay. Jennifer informed us there would be fireworks all throughout the planning process and we had planned on staying until the end. Jennifer informed us the day of the wedding the fireworks were cancelled due to regulations that would not allow them to be possessed on the property and set off. I asked Jennifer & Laramie if there was anything else planned in place of that and they both said no. Based on the no, we left the site about 60-70 minutes in to the dancing. Our creativity stems from communication. It is a two way street. Jennifer says in review, “4 weeks later we received our highlight video. omg terrible!” But taking a moment to look back in the email history, on September 8, 2019, Jennifer's words were, “Thank you! We cannot wait to see the full video!” On September 28, 2019, Jennifer asked us for the raw footage. The raw footage request was completed in 24 hours; however, they did not send a payment to us for it. We followed up with Jennifer on October 9 reminding her the raw footage was completed and we were waiting payment. No response. We followed up again on October 16 in courtesy reminding her it is ready, we just need payment. No response. On October 18, I emailed Laramie, the Groom, and cc’ed Jennifer to follow up once again indicating we have not heard from Jennifer since 9/28/19. No response from either individual. On November 29, we received a letter from Jennifer. She included a check and a letter ‘expecting the raw footage in its entirety.’ The raw footage was provided to both of them one week later upon successfully depositing their payment. Upon presenting the raw footage to Laramie, he pleasantly thanked us for everything in person. Prior to signing a contract with us, we encourage both verbally and in writing in the contract that by signing it, clients agree they have viewed our event video product and understand the video represented is similar in style and creativity to what they will be receiving from us for their event video product. Rest assured, our video equipment is not from Wal-Mart or the 1990’s. We respect your opinion and your review Jennifer; however, we encourage you and others to read our other reviews that address your concerns on our website, Facebook posts and here on Wedding Wire. We wish both you and Laramie a very successful marriage and a life full of happiness!
