  • My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Bayside Limo for our wedding! They were very easy to work with! They verified our schedule ahead of time and the driver was always on time the day of the wedding even though we had multiple locations to get to! The limo was clean and spacious and we were able to play our own music! We would definitely recommend hiring Bayside limo for all your transportation needs!!

  • Bayside Limousines were phenomenal! I first spoke with Jonce, who was wonderful in helping me set up what kind of shuttle I would need and the PERFECT timeline for my day of! He was wonderful to work with. We had them transport guests from our hotel to the venue (about a 6 minute drive). Unfortunately, due to the location of our wedding, they had some trouble getting onto the military base BUT Dawn was an angel when arrived and was able to get everything moving perfectly! I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness, and awesome job transporting our family and friends on the biggest day of our lives! Thank you!

  • Used Bayside for wedding shuttle in Southern Maryland, they are the most competitively priced for the service, were very responsive and helpful in the planning stages, and their drivers provided excellent service on event day. Drivers went into hotel to round up guests and ensure there was no confusion; they were flexible & accommodating in adding a nearby stop last minute, and ensuring older guests had rides waiting when they were ready to leave. All-inclusive pricing is honest and leaves no surprises. Highly recommend using Bayside for events, and plan to use them again for any of my own future needs!

  • We used Bayside Limousines for our wedding on June 8th and were thrilled with everything! Jonce (in the office) was easy to work with and made booking simple. He coordinated our schedule with us to ensure that we were using the shuttle as effectively as possible. On the day of our wedding, the driver was professional and helpful, he was on time for all of our destinations. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and around for the bridal party!

  • We used Bayside Limousines for our May 2019 wedding and they were fantastic! They helped us plan exactly what kind of transportation service we needed, they were responsive, and most importantly reliable! We booked a shuttle that went between our hotel & venue all night and it worked out perfectly for us and our guests. Plus, the driver on the day of was a sweetheart. I highly recommend them!

  • We booked Bayside Limo early in the wedding process and Jonce was easy to work with and flexible as we made changes. There was a slight hiccup with the driver on the day-of with what time the shuttle ran until but it was quickly resolved. Our guests appreciated the shuttles to/from hotels. I would use Bayside Limo again.

  • My experience with Bayside Limos was just okay. Cons: While waiting at the church for the ceremony to end, instead of being outside in front of the church waiting to pick me up and take me to the reception, my driver FELL ASLEEP and was sound asleep while parked on the side of the church. It was raining when I exited the church and my husband had to grab an umbrella while we waited for a really long time for him to finally pull the limo around the front to pick us up. If I'm paying this much money for a ride, my expectation is that my driver would not SLEEP ON THE JOB. Also after placing my reservation with their sales team a month prior to the wedding, I never heard from them again. The day before the wedding, I had to call them to confirm. All my other vendors pro-actively reached out to me well before the day of the wedding to confirm details. The service level is just terrible.   • Bayside Limo served our wedding transportation needs at a price that was better than their competitors. When booking our initial transportation over the phone, the process was very easy. However, throughout the rest of the process their communication with us was lacking. They would not respond back to emails and they tried to change our scheduled pick ups days before the wedding, after they had been established. They were also missing key information and didn't reach out to us to get that sorted out; luckily we caught it on our end. The day of, the transportation ran smoothly and the driver that I had was really friendly.

  • We hired Bayside Limos for our June 2019 wedding almost a year before the wedding. A few weeks before I reached out to them to pay the final payment because I didn't want to have to pay cash the day of the wedding. I emailed several times and did not receive a response. We had to adjust our contract time so I knew we owed more than our original contract. I then called them directly and was told that our contract got mixed up with another contract later in June with the same last name. It took several weeks and several phone calls for this to be corrected. We eventually had to change the contract to my husband's name to avoid the confusion. The error was never actually fixed because were receiving emails about the other person's contract well into June after our wedding. We paid the deposit just a couple days before our wedding.   • Front office has terrible customer service. Was promised a partial refund after the roof of the bus began leaking on our wedding night. Weeks of follow up and was told the refund had been processed and on its way. Eventually they announced there would be refund for fear of negative reviews. My advice to future couples, spend a little more and hire a better company.

  • We hired Bayside Limousines to shuttle our guests for our 10/19/18 wedding ceremony and reception. We requested that the shuttle remain on site for the entire evening in case we had any guests who wanted to leave early. Because of this, we paid our venue to provide a meal and beverages to our driver. This was all put into our contract. After our ceremony our plan was to walk to a nearby bridge for pictures. Because we were losing daylight by the minute, our photographer suggested we drive instead to the bridge. We didn't think that would be a problem because we had a shuttle on site and would just use that to drive over. However, when we walked out to where the shuttle should be, it wasn't there. We looked up and down the roads around and it was not parked anywhere. Luckily we had a guest with a large SUV that could carry us all. For you to feel as we "ripped you off" and for us to feel like we are being unfairly criticized for attempting to look out for you and your guests is a regrettable conclusion for us both. As a company we constantly strive to be perfect in all that we do. We take great pride in our reputation and try very hard to make sure everyone has a great experience. We do spend an incredible amount of time on communication and preparing for your event to ensure we perform all the duties outlined in your itinerary and understand your expectations. Despite the best planning, communication and preparation many times we have to adjust on the fly in order to meet clients new and ever-changing itineraries. We regularly make on site decisions and recalculations in an attempt to provide solutions to many unforeseen variables that present themselves on the day of the event. For example on your particular event our instructions were to pick up 70 guests. The bus you reserved had a capacity to hold 32 passengers. Quick math will tell us 3 trips will be required to transport your guests with this size unit.. Your chauffer arrived on time, counted the number of passengers on each trip and relayed to me that she had very low participation on the first trip roughly 10 passengers. The next run she allowed nearly 40 to occupy the bus (32 seats). I will reinforce the legal obligations not to do this again as we do not allow standers on our shuttles for safety reasons and this is not permissible. So roughly 10 plus 40 is a total of 50 passengers moved and quite shy of the 70 projected that you indicated we needed to transport. She then make a 3rd trip to see if anyone (short 20 guests according to instructions) needed transportation to the ceremony. Yes, you are correct your instructions were to remain onsite and provide transportation for guests as needed back to the Hotel. (During the reception) During the timeframe in question our chauffeur was still focused on making sure your friends and family members were not still waiting at the hotel and went back to ensure no one was left behind and missed your ceremony since we only transported 50 of 70. We had no prior or any day of knowledge or communication that your ceremony (at the same site of the reception) was going to be a brief 10 minutes long and that you would then want to change the itinerary to have transportation to a location that you had originally planned on walking to. Certainly, we are a service and its your prerogative to change at any moment and we will be more than happy to accommodate any changes to the itinerary as we described earlier. The chauffeur went back to make sure no one was left behind. Your email also indicated that it was a 12 min trip, I do disagree with this assertion as we both agreed to a schedule that made 2 trips in 1 hour and 10 minuets. These are very large units and 30 to 35 min was required to accomplish these turns. I mentioned to you in our post event conversations I do not agree with your assessment of our performance on the "Shuttle Dissapearing" and the reasons that the Chauffeur felt obligated to return for a 3rd trip are quite clear and understandable and in my opinion and caused the perceived "gap in service". From my investigations its quite the contrary. The Chauffeur went "above and beyond" what was required. It is truly unfortunate to be accused of "ripping someone off" like a common criminal when your just trying to make sure you are double checking your work and doing a great job on their behalf. It seems that despite my investigations, findings, our conversations and the explanations that were provided you still reject them and feel that we wronged you. I mean the easy thing as a chauffeur would be to just turn the bus off and sit there instead of driving back to re-check right? We are not above making mistakes but knowing the chauffeur, knowing the venue, the bus, the route the amount of guests I do not see this as a mistake and certainly not a "Rip Off" situation and I personally take great offense to this statement. I am sorry that you feel this way but I can assure you we acted in your best interest and on your behalf on your event at all times. As I mentioned earlier this is certainly a regrettable conclusion to this service and I do not agree with your review of our chauffeur and service. Read less

  • Made everything as easy as could possibly be! Arrived ahead of schedule and was exactly where we needed them to be when we needed them to be there. Driver was exceptionally courteous as well.
