We called Bartenders Express while planning our backyard wedding because we had seen the level of service at a friends graduation party. Our Bartender and Server, Andrea and Lisa worked their butts off with a pleasant smile all day. We won’t hesitate to use them again or highly recommend there service to all.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from John and Bartenders express. From the planning process to the day of our wedding, they made everything very easy and seamless. Even thought it rained on our wedding day, they made sure that our bar was set up and our guests were happy. Our Bartenders, Jen and Cory were amazing, fast and super friendly. All of Our guests commented on how impressed they were. We couldn’t have been happier with everything and will definitely use this company again.

We chose Bartenders Express to bartend our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process. The owner, John was great to work with and the bartenders, Franz and Rebecca showed up on time, were personable and the guests were happy with them. Franz and Rebecca served over 150 people and there was never a line.

John was extremely professional and responsive from my first inquiries into Bartenders Express. The week before my wedding, one of the bartenders/servers reached out to me several times to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. On the night of my wedding I had several guests come up to me and say how fast and friendly the bartenders were. I would definitely use Bartenders Express again and recommend them. We used Bartender Express for my daughter's wedding reception. They were extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. I received many, many comments from my guests on how great the "staff" was!!! I would recommend them to anyone and hire them again in an instant!!!! Their fee included all mixers, ice and cups, as well as two or three bartenders. They gave me a shopping list for alcohol based upon the number of people attending. The whole experience with Bartenders Express was drama and stress free!!! They added to the quality of our reception!

These guys are great! John is very easy to work with, very communicative and thorough, and the staff that he sent to bartend for our wedding was AWESOME! Everyone kept talking about how cool the bartenders were! Highly recommended :)

First off the owner was a pain to deal with as it wasn’t until a week and a half before our wedding that he finally got his paperwork into the venue which includes his insurance. Once at the wedding one bartender was hungover and sluggish, the other didn’t know his pours to the point where we got multiple complaints on both of them. We supplied our own booze and they were supposed to supply the mixers in which they ran out of coke and sprite to where I had back up in my car because of having it for the rehersal dinner, they ran out of water, and had to rashen other mixers in fear of running out of that as well. As for the booze we have multiple opened bottles of the same thing opened, it would be understandable if maybe there was two as people may be ordering the same thing and a busy bar but 4 of the same wine half to 3/4 full is ridiculous. Also telling guests that they had ran out of stuff because they hid it for some reason. In the fact end they also tried to take home the ope... Read morened booze they wanted as well instead of putting it with the rest. I had a gut feeling after dealing with the owner I should have just gotten my own licensed bartenders that I knew and just bought the insurance for them for the day. Turns out I was right. I will never hire this services again. For everything that we had at the wedding, the biggest and only complaint was about the bar tending service.

We used John and his team for our wedding on 5/19/18 and it was perfect! Myself and my coordinator were in touch with John in the months leading up to the event and he always got back to us promptly. He also was able to work with me on some special requests about the wine/beer/toast, which was great! On the day of the event, he had a problem getting ice due to power outages/storm damage, but I never knew, I only found out afterwards! The day of the wedding the bartenders were super attentive, my glass was never empty! They were also great about making sure empties were picked up and everything looked great. My husband and I worked with John for our wedding last month in October. At times it was difficult to connect with him via phone or email, which made things a bit tricky for us when planning because we were coming from quite a distance out of town. However, he was able to eventually answer all of our millions of questions we asked him and was very accommodating with what we envisioned for our wedding. When we asked him for some recommendations for our signature cocktail he was able to support us in finding the perfect cocktail for our special day. During the event John and the entire bar-tending team were all very personable and approachable. All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say about their drinks and the service they provided. The owners of our venue also commented on how wonderful they were to work with!
