We loved getting married at Bargetto. We had a early fall wedding and it was absolutely beautiful on the patio. The ambiance of the creek cannot be beat.

My husband and I were very pleased with this venue and couldn't have asked for more from the staff. I planned everything from Seattle and the staff was extremely responsive and flexible with my schedule for in person meetings. The service was great and the venue is beautiful. Everything went smoothly. I would just caution you to go with your photographer to visit the site together in advance to plan out the backgrounds for your family photos and portraits as the options are limited given the size of the venue and the fact that the staff has to completely shift the ceremony space to a reception dinner space so you can't use the gorgeous patio where the ceremony and reception are held for your family photos and you can't use the barrel room because that's where appetizers and drinks before the reception dinner will be held. While this venue is small, it is beautiful, the staff is extremely helpful, and the price can't be beat when compared to other local options!

Cher was amazing and her replacement and sister was wonderful too for day of coordination. I felt that all set up and event details were perfect. Amazing job at a beautiful location with wonderful wine for a reasonable price for the area.

Bargetto is truly a hidden gem and is a GREAT value for a wedding. I couldn't recommend a wedding venue more highly! Bargetto is a beautiful location with an outdoor, Italian feel overlooking a pretty creek. We had our ceremony and dinner in the outdoor, stone courtyard (with Italian lights) and our cocktail hour and dancing in the barrel room. They even have a really cute "grandmas cottage" for getting ready and pictures. The wedding coordinator, Cheir, was seriously amazing. She made the event run flawlessly even though we found out it was going to rain a few days before the wedding. It didn't hurt that the Bargetto wine and SCMB beer was really tasty too! Our guests loved the intimate venue and it was certainly a wedding to remember!!

My husband and I were so pleased with our entire experience with Bargetto. The events coordinator, Cheir, and her staff were responsive and accommodating, not to mention really nice and professional. We loved the space because it was outdoors and tucked away - even though it's located close to the street, you wouldn't know once you're on the grounds. The wine was all delicious, and the caterer that Cheir recommended was top-notch. So many of our guests commented about how naturally gorgeous the setting is - and I was thrilled with how all of our photographs turned out, too. The House on the property (where the bride & her party can get ready ahead of time) is so beautiful and made for some really nice getting ready & first-look photos. I can't say enough about Bargetto - the value is spectacular, and you really get a personalized experience. The events teams took care of all the little details and allowed for us to really enjoy the day from beginning to end. You won't be disappointed!

i cannot say enough about the staff at Bargetto - Cheir and Angela were amazing day of coordinators and made everything run smooth as silk. Angela even came out and danced with my 13 year old grandson and just made his night! the other three staff (who i sadly did not get their names) were very responsive to the guests, i got nothing but positive feedback on the service. if you're in/near the santa cruz/soquel, california and planning a wedding or other event i highly recommend Bargetto's.

Laura, the events coordinator, was absolutely amazing to work with and always had everything under control. Like any wedding, not everything went as planned on our wedding day. However, Laura's quick thinking, positive attitude, and genuine care for her clients made our wedding day perfect. Laura was on top of everything from day one and made the stressful experience of planning a wedding a positive and enjoyable time for my husband and me. We cannot express enough how indebted we are to Laura and her services. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she goes above and beyond to fully provide excellent client service. Beyond Laura, the venue was absolutely beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, and the wine was delicious. We truly have the most beautiful memories to cherish for the rest of our lives.

Bargetto was a spectacular venue for our wedding. The staff is professional and took care of all of our needs. They did a wonderful job of coordinating the details with us beforehand. They were flexible and seamlessly helped out when things needed a hand. They were a pleasure to work with, especially Cheir. It made our wedding all that more memorable and special.
