  • Bailey Connor was a preferred caterer at our venue and it's clear why some our guests were raving about the food. We did have an issue with our final quote being too high because they said we guaranteed our max possible guest list at our tasting (which made no sense), but after addressing the issue Bailey Connor adjusted the quote to match our venue minimum. We requested extra garlic in the mashed potatoes at our tasting and even at the wedding the guests couldn't tell there was any garlic. Even with the few mix ups the food was delicious and a great value.

  • Kurt and I were so pleased with Veronika and the staff at Bailey Connor. I was really concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a caterer that would be able to accommodate our eclectic taste. We are both big foodies and we tend to place a lot of value on our culinary experiences, and since this was the beginning of our life together and the most important night for both of us, everything had to be perfect. I know that not everyone cares about food the way we do but I felt like it was an expression of our story together. We met at the international festival through friends and we both wanted to allow our guests to experience our love of food. I could go on and on but I will keep this short, but I will end by saying that we had so many compliments on the menu and we are so grateful that we found Bailey Connor.

  • The food was amazing and I can’t say enough about how they stayed in contact with us all the way up to our wedding day. My sister in law recommended them to us because they had such good service and really loved the food too.

  • The Bailey Connor team was incredible! They absolutely made our reception the experience of a lifetime - they were so responsive and accommodating. They genuinely cared about our guests, doing everything possible to ensure their requests were taken care of - Veronika's team definitely made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy the evening, rather than worry about logistics.

  • Veronika's staff showed up ahead of time to ensure they were properly prepared for my event. The set-up was excellent including the décor selected. Additionally, the food was delectable and all of the doctors and nurses were quite pleased. Because of Veronika and her staff, my staff and colleagues at Kelsey-Seybold Kingwood and Summer Creek felt valued. I really appreciate the attention to detail, quality and professionalism that was given to make my event successful. Thanks to all at Bailey Connor Catering!

  • This was not for a wedding, but yet for a 25th Wedding Anniversary party. I loved working with Bailey Connor. Vera, Veronica, Brian, Jose, and the entire staff were professional, flexible, and had a great working relationship from the time we went for our tasting until the finale of the event itself.

  • We used Bailey Connor Catering to provide food during our wedding reception. We worked a lot with Veronika on the menu before hand, and attended several open houses to sample different items. The food was good, perhaps a bit expensive for what you are getting for a normal restaurant meal (i.e. $32/person for chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread and salad), but very reasonably priced compared to other wedding caterers. The service was outstanding. Everything ran smoothly during the reception, including the wait staff passing out cake per my impromptu request, which was not part of the original agreement. We'd definitely recommend Bailey Connor as an affordable, good caterer.

  • Awful!! I would not reccomend them to anyone! We had issues from the start with scheduling a private tasting, they charge $25 a person and don't allow you to choose what you want to try! We tried a couple action stations at their public open houses and decided to go with those since the food is prepared to order. It is also described this way in their menu. We chose the pasta, quesadilla and steakhouse grill actions stations. All described as prepared to order! This isn't what we got! The food was made ahead and warmed up! They hasn't even started the warmers when the wedding party started to be served so our food was cold! The pasta was premixed and in warmers, not made to order as described. The quesadillas were also pre-made not as described. And the steak and shrimp skewers were warmed. This is not what I paid extra for!     1. Lindsay and her families came to two open houses where we provided station entrees, Mashed potato, Mac & cheese, carving station, chicken, hors dóeuvres & much more. She requested a complimentary tasting for the mashed potato, pasta, meat, Mac & cheese, & crepe station. I explained the high cost of the food, extra staff and chef's needed to prepare & execute a crepe, Mac&cheese, pasta, beef & mashed potato stations & offered this to her for $25. She declined. It is customary amongst caterers to charge for private tastings. 2. The first proposal was for 100 guests & included 4 servers. Just prior to the wedding the number increased to 165. This required additional staff to provide proper serving of action stations. Her coordinator said she would not pay for any additional staff. Due to weather conditions bride vacillated on getting married in or outside. Some items had to be prepped earlier to stay within timeline. Dinner was delayed 20 minutes from timeline. Pasta, sauces & toppings were sautéed & prepared to order. One pan was prepared for those guests who did not request a customized dish or did not want to wait in line. Beef & shrimp were prepped, seasoned & placed on skewers in our kitchen & grilled at the venue. Chicken and beef quesadilla were served from hot griddles with toppings & salsa. Some were put together while we waited to serve guests. 3. I stressed to my staff prior to serving we had plenty of food for guests to get seconds or thirds. No one was denied extra food. I personally served the mother of the bride and offered her more quesadillas and she declined. 4.This was not an easy relationship from the start, to the point where I refunded the deposit. They decided to work with us. We went above board to satisfy this client, we even included a free salad & 2 hors dóeuvres. I personally oversaw the event with our top manager. I feel that no matter what we did this client would have been dissatisfied.
