  • Simply said, Chef Robert and his skilled staff at Bacio, pay attention to every detail at your event. The food is excellent..fresh and tasty. So you don't have to worry, and you can enjoy your wedding guests as they enjoy your wedding. What a great situation!

  • I grew up in Moorestown but have since moved to Florida and did the majority of our vendor selection via online reviews and research. Bacio had fantastic reviews and Chef Robert and the Bacio team far surpassed our expectations. We were doing a wedding at home and our only regret was not consulting Chef Robert for the entire production from tent rentals to event rentals as well as catering all of our food. He clearly is an industry vet with fantastic attention to detail. He settles for nothing short of the best and delivered- big time! Our guests continue to rave about their cheesesteak eggrollls and Mac and cheese balls and our big day could wouldn’t have been complete without Chef Robert and his amazing team!

  • Bacio catered our wedding in late October of 2018. We live out of state and I was only able to meet with the Bacio staff once before our wedding for a tasting. It is because of Bacio that I was not a total wreck leading up to the big day. They know exactly how things need to flow and keep everyone on track (guests and vendors). They communicated with our venue on layout and set up and made sure that my vision came to life. Their staff were so attentive, they met my husband and I with champagne when we arrived at the reception and a plate of appetizers that we would have otherwise missed. Every time I sat down, if I didn't have something in my hand, their staff would ask if I needed anything. Speaking of food, WOW, it was amazing. Three months later we are still talking about how good the food was and what a magical day we had, which is in large part due to Bacio. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

  • I've worked with Bacio for two different events. The most recent was a wedding. Chef Robert is so helpful in planning and the day of he and his staff are on top of everything and willing to help out even out of their scope. Most importantly, the food is out of this world. It is delicious, unique and plentiful. The guests were raving about all the food (and I tasted the food as well - it was hard to stop eating the food was so good!). I would recommend Bacio Catering for any event you have.

  • Where to begin?! Chef Robert & the entire staff of Bacio Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with while we were planning our wedding. From the very beginning it was obvious Chef Robert knew what he was doing and it showed in his presentation and execution of our event. We worked directly with him the entire time (although I learned the night of our wedding that his staff also shares his sharp attention to detail and excellent customer service) and we felt so confident entrusting a major piece of wedding reception to him - the food! The sample menu he shared with us was delicious, unique but accessible, and completely customizable. He shared our goal of making our wedding day a reflection of who are as a couple. AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We have gotten SO MANY compliments from our guests on good the food was, everything from the cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert spreads were totally scrumptious.   • Wow! Bacio was amazing! We were so pleased with everything - the setup, the delicious food, and especially our bartender/servers Shawn and Justin. They went above and beyond and thought of all that needed to be done (including weather contingencies). Amazing service! And they made it stress-free, despite a change from hosting outside to inside. Our guests loved the food, especially the Philly cheese steak rolls and the chicken piccata, and the setup worked really well for the party flow. Robert was so easy to work with and made this party effortless for me. We will gladly use Bacio for catering again!

  • Chef Robert at Bacio was everything and more. We were so lucky to have him (which sounds weird to say) but he truly went above and beyond what we expected a caterer to do for us. He put our minds at ease for so much and was so good that we didn’t even need to think about anything. He just did it for us. Whenever we look back on our perfect day, we credit so much to him.

When my husband and I were searching for a caterer, we worried that we would never find someone that could pull off what we wanted. Chef Robert knocked it it out of the park! Every one of our guests absolutely LOVED the food, which is no small feat given their wide variety of tastes and dietary restrictions. Many people came up to my husband and I during the reception to tell us how everything was delicious, and we saw many more return to the stations for seconds (and thirds!). While we loved how everything turned out, my husband and I also absolutely loved working with Chef Robert throughout the process. Right from the start, Chef Robert made and effort to get to know me and my husband, and he designed a menu with foods representing different parts of our relationship.   • Chef Robert was absolutely wonderful. Having a Culinary degree myself, I was afraid I would scare a caterer with my requests/suggestions. This was the furthest thing from the truth. He gave us exactly what we wanted, took and ran with suggestions and thought of new and great ideas (like tapas style service instead of traditional plates). He was also fabulous about staying within our budget. He works with you to make it happen!

  • My husband and I used Bacio Catering for our August 2018 wedding at the Moorestown Community House. After one meeting with Chef Robert, we knew that he was not your typical caterer. With most catering companies, they provide you with a list of preset options to choose from for the appetizers for cocktail hour and entree choices. Not Chef Robert. He had us make a list of our favorite foods/cuisines and provide him with what budget we wanted to stay in for price per plate. From our budget and our list, he was able to create a custom menu that highlighted our favorite flavors and that was super personalized to our tastes. We were able to have 4 entree choices (chicken parm, sweet & sour beef short rib, crab cakes, and a vegetarian pesto alfredo tortellini w/ sundried tomatoes) all within our budgetary restrictions.   • If you want amazing food at your wedding, hire Bacio. Their stuff was far and away the best food we tasted during the "caterer selection" phase of our wedding, and it tasted just as good at the event. Our guests raved about it. Tremendous. On the service side, we thought their entire staff did a wonderful job. The head waitress who served my husband and I was attentive but not overbearing, and every time a waiter or waitress walked by our sweetheart table and caught our eye, they asked if there was anything they could do for us. We went with a slightly unconventional setup for our event, which involved flipping our ceremony space to a reception area, and providing cocktails and food in multiple rooms, and Bacio was great with all of it. Ultimately, all of the credit goes to Chef Robert, who runs the Bacio show.   • Chef Robert worked within our budget to create a unique menu for our brewery wedding. All of our guests loved the “brew pub” style menu and the service staff was very kind. Chef Robert was adamant about having my husband and I sit down alone to enjoy our plates together and he made sure we had a stress-free evening. He even made sure our elderly grandparents were fed in a timely manner and had plates made and delivered right to them. Thank you Chef Robert and team for making our wedding dreams a reality!

  • Chef Robert's food is amazing. Every single guest used that word to describe the food out our wedding. My husband and I very early on in our wedding planning process decided we wanted great food and a lot of control over the food menu at our wedding. We were able to work with Chef Robert to create a completely individualized menu: pierogies, grilled cheese, pulled pork sliders, key lime pie, tiramisu...pretty much all of our favorite dishes were flawlessly executed. Servers were pretty typical, we did buffet style so it wasn't as formal so the servers weren't as involved in plating for dinner. I did, however, receive a lot of compliments on the bartenders provided. The server(s) assigned to my husband were sweet, but seemed to have difficulty finding us during cocktail hour which was a shame because it meant that I would ask for a plate of stuff and then wound up not getting to try it until a friend snagged me some.
