    • Tim is one of the nicest and most genuine jewelers I have ever met. He really cares about his customers and it shows. The first time I came in I had no idea what type of wedding band I wanted. He was very patient and let me look through 4 different boxes - I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. He was very helpful in suggesting different types of cuts and styles and was very cognizant of our budget. After I ordered my wedding band, he always followed up to let me know the estimated arrival time of my band. When my band came, he did not pressure me to purchase it right away. Instead, he made sure that I was fully satisfied with it - if I didn't like it - he would send it back to get it fixed immediately. I would highly recommend Ascot Diamonds in Arlington for anyone looking to purchase any type of jewelry. I will definitely go back soon!

    • Paul at Ascot Diamonds in Arlington was so easy to work with - really the easiest vendor to work with throughout the wedding planning process. We bought my wedding band from him, as my wedding ring was a unique design that we had a tough time finding a band to match. Ascot's jewelry is amazingly beautiful and they don't haggle you or try to convince you to buy their most expensive pieces. They just want to provide you with a beautiful piece that is exactly what you want. We were thrilled with my wedding bnad, it just adds to the beauty of my wedding ring - and everyone that has seen it has complimented me on it. Paul is extremely responsive, he works fast to get you your ring in time, and I believe they are great value for great quality. I know we'll be going back here for all of our jewelry needs, as we have confidence in the quality, service and cost here.

    • The ring my husband got for me was from Ascot Diamonds , and it was a complete surprise. I didn't know he ordered it, but he told me afterwards. From the ring itself, I would have to say that it is a very beautiful and classy ring, looks very high quality.

    • I cannot thank Paul and team enough for making my wife's wedding ring absolutely stunning. I never realized what an important gift the engagement ring is long after the moment. My wife gets so many compliments on her ring every week and a happy wife is truly a happy life. Most importantly Paul is fair and trustworthy. I don't have to ask what the price/value of the stones I buy, I know he is treating me fairly and I am going to get a fair deal. It is a relief to interact with him and his team because they are using high quality stones and materials that I know will hold their value.     • My now husband custom-designed my engagement ring working with Paul at Ascot Diamonds, and we were both so pleased that it was obvious we'd return for our wedding bands. My engagement ring is truly one-of-a-kind, and we designed my wedding band to match. My husband's ring was less work, but it took longer for him to pick out, and Paul was very patient. It took longer than we expected to get the rings (and for engraving), but we had allowed more than enough time. The quality of the jewelry coming out of Ascot is truly wonderful; we'll never go to a mall chain again.

    • We had an amazing experience with Ascot Diamonds. We worked directly with Tim Birch. He was professional at all times, but very personable and gracious as well. He was incredibly helpful as my husband picked out the engagement ring and he also made our decisions for bands smooth as well. The rings are of the best quality and we are SO happy. We plan on returning to Ascot in the future for anniversary gifts!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Ascot Diamonds (one of my best friends had recommended as she has purchased diamonds from them before) - the learning process he went through and all the diamonds he was able to view was beyond what he expected. Paul seemed to know each diamond personally. It was a no brainer to return to Ascot when we were purchasing our wedding bands. Paul attended to our needs and let us try on several different styles. We never felt rushed or pressured. He had an excellent eye for matching a band to my engagement ring as well. Skip all those big jewelry stores and little strip mall jewelers. Having a personal jeweler is fantastic, and we will continue to give our business to Ascot Diamonds.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my engagement ring to look like and after visiting several dozen big company jewelry stores, we found Ascot Diamonds. I was unable to find what i wanted anywhere else. We worked with Paul to design my dream engagement ring. He patiently walked us through the entire process from picking out the setting to the stone for the ring. He explained everything regarding quality, clarity, appraisals, insurance, etc. The personalized effort was extremely helpful and a welcome change from the cookie cutter jewelry stores where you are just another number.
