  • We love our rings, the process to get them however was a bit messy. We had two sales people turnover without any communication and a handful of unreturned calls over a few weeks of time. We’re pretty relaxed people, but we had a ring custom built so we needed a bit more communication. In the end the manager did his best to make it right and again the rings are beautiful, just not great on the customer service end throughout the purchase.

  • My fiance and I loved Arthur's for my engagement ring! We were able to get an amazing ring for a great price. We started with a simple halo-style setting, then added some custom work and a center stone. It was ideal for us because although I wanted lots of input to be sure that the "engagement moment" was perfect, I wasn't allowed to see the finished product until he got down on one knee. Our sales lady worked with us to find the most amazing ring and really respected our budget, which was a big deal for us. I can't stop looking at it!

  • Dealing with Carver was so easy. He made everything happen and was very helpful in getting me the ring my fiance dreamed about. I did my research and comparison shopping and Arthur's Jewelers provided the best deal and customer service. Very satisfied and will no doubt do business with them again!!

  • Just the best; I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry! Amazing service with zero pressure. There's nothing like picking out your wedding rings while having a glass of wine/beer - so great! I absolutely adore my wedding set and my pearls!! We will definitely return for anniversaries :)

  • Arthur's has been noting but amazing to work with. My fiance was referred there by a former jeweler, and everybody that we have worked with has been amazing. He was able to custom design my engagement ring, and it looks exactly like he wanted it. When we went back to customize my wedding band and buy his band, Mandy was a consummate professional to work with. We talked through ideas, and she really listened to what I wanted. We live 45 minutes away, but we will continue to go there for all of our jewelry needs.

  • My Fiance and I went to Arthur's for the engagement ring and our bands. We both loved our experience with them! Like so many do, I found my dream ring on Pinterest, and Arthur's was the only place that had one like it! My fiance and I ended up making frequent trips for wedding bands for one reason or another - from resizing, to exchanges, order pick ups to re-orders, we were treated with so much professionalism, grace and patience. These were pretty expensive purchases so we appreciated the insight from knowledgeable employees and support in our decision making!

  • My fiance and I went to this vendor because we'd heard great things about them. They certainly lived up to our expectations. We weren't sure what we wanted in an engagement ring, but Mandy patiently asked us questions and helped us narrow choices down until we found the perfect setting. Then she talked us through the pros and cons of various diamonds in our price range until we found a "perfect" stone. We were planning a trip to Europe in a couple weeks later and wanted to take the ring with us, but because my fiance wanted to customize the settingm it couldn't be done in such a short time frame; which was perfectly understandable. But then, without my knowledge, Mandy arranged for our diamond to be put in a temporary setting so my fiance could take it to Europe and surprise me with a proposal under a lit up Eiffel Tower.   • Amazing!! They were so helpful and knowledgable. We went there several times and each time we were pleased with the service. There was even beer and wine provided one weekend we went. The best part, though, is their lprices. After comparing the exact same grading of diamonds with different jewelers, Arthur's was BY FAR the best deal..I'm talking by almost a thousand for almost the exact same diamonds (wedding day was the most expensive..if you're curious). And the ring I ended up getting from my fiancé is the most amazing ring I've ever seen, anywhere. It was customized completely so it did take 7 weeks to get here (they estimated 8) but they called the very morning it came into the store. And they also provided photography for the proposal!! Highly recommend this family owned business!

  • My experience was SO BAD ON TWO VISITS ARTHUR'S HAD TO REMOVE IT. I WAS TREATED POORLY, LIKE I JUST FELL OFF THE TURNIP TRUCK. ASKING ME IF IT WAS REAL GOLD? MY RESPONSE WAS DO YOU SALE SOMETHING OTHER THEN GOLD? MY APPRAISAL WAS $120.00, I TOLD THEM IT WAS $50.00 MORE THEN CONTINENTAL DIAMONDS $65.00, HOFF $60.00 AND A CERTIFIED GEMOLOGIST $65.00. THE SALESMAN SAID WE ARE CERTIFIED ARE THEY? WHAT A IDIOT, ARE THEY CERTIFIED. I TOLD HIM TO CALL AND ASK THEM AT CONTINENTAL DIAMOND FOR AN APPRAISAL. ALSO THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME $290.00 FOR A MEN'S DIAMOND RING I BOUGHT THERE FOR $4500.00.   • I'm honestly shocked that Arthur's just sent me this review request. We had a Terrible experience with them and ended up returning our rings less than 2 weeks prior to our wedding leaving us to scramble to find rings elsewhere. The TACORI deal that is currently being advertised on the radio kdwb101.3 is a scam. The value of the gift card is literally bogus. It's an absolute and total joke. When they say $5000 back, it is $5000 tacori dollars. To be used in their Tacori Journeys travel program. Your Tacori bucks don't actually apply toward the hotel room cost. They are only good for the difference between the standard room rate and the "negotiated" discount rate. Aka you can use your $5000 Tacori bucks to get you a $18 dollar discount on a nightly rate 277 times. Oh don't bother to ask the sales people they are or pretend to be clueless on how the program works...

  • We loved Tom and Mark at Arthur's, they were phenomenal to work with! They not only got us a great deal on our engagement ring, but also found a matching wedding band for my engagement ring when we didn't know that one existed. The prices were very comparable to other jewelers, maybe slightly cheaper. The only issues that we had with Arthur's was that when I went to get my ring's main diamond re-set in my setting, it was not tightened and the prongs were loose. I did take my ring back to them and they fixed it as quickly as they could, which was excellent customer service. My husband and I were also confused because we ordered our wedding bands and waited to be contacted when they got in but never got a call. We called Arthur's to check the status of our order and were told that the rings were already there. We simply picked them up but thought it was a little strange that we weren't notified. Overall the experience was fine.

  • I Loved Working with Bill, as well as the Owner. The only down fall is I hate when I go in and deal with the red head for a cleaning. she makes rude comments about my other jewelry because it was bought at another store, and has also given me my ring when it was super HOT and I burned my self. she Put the ring on a book to carry to me after cleaning, and then dumped it in my hand, while it was SCOLDING HOT. Other than having to deal with her, everybody else is nice very accommodating and helpful. Just try not deal with the redhead.
