Annabel was organized, kind, and was so experienced! We hired her for full planning and she was incredible - she not only goes out of her way to help with wedding preparations beforehand (picked up our cake, looked for wedding decorations, etc), but makes sure that the wedding day was also seamless. She was also checking in our us for water, food, and she even carried a bag filled with emergency wedding things on our wedding day! We loved working with her and she was the most important aspect of planning and organizing our wedding (which was even more difficult this year due to covid). But most importantly, Annabel treated us not just like clients, but as friends - you can tell she truly invests in each of her couples.

Annabel was our day-of coordinator and the BEST investment! She put my mind at ease not only on our big day, but she took care of a lot of the last minute details. She was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Annabel went above and beyond for us making sure every last derailed was just as I had planned and imagined. Selecting Annabel to be our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made when starting to think about our wedding. She's incredibly easy to work with - laid back, listens to your ideas, and full of great suggestions for when you need a little bit more direction and guidance. We had a non-traditional wedding and she was completely understood our vision. She guided us along through the process to make sure we were on track to have everything lined up for the wedding. The week of the wedding she went above and beyond to drop of little things throughout the week that we needed, and put our needs above anything else. On the day of she handled everything so that we could enjoy the day free of stress. She's also just a really cool person and we enjoyed getting to spend time with her.

Annabel was the best decision we made for our wedding (aside from actually deciding to get married). She was super professional, responsive and SO helpful. Our meetings leading up to our wedding were always super productive and she was able to provide her feedback and steer us in the right direction. It was so nice to not worry about a thing on our wedding day because we knew Annabel had it covered! From taking all of our vendors information to meeting with some vendors prior to our big day, we knew that she had everything under control. Our venue had a tight timeline in terms of getting everything cleaned up and out of there the same night as our wedding, so Annabel was critical in packing up all of our stuff (even our wedding cake!) and gave us everything the day after. She supported us on every decision we made and took on so many things to make sure we were relaxed and felt confident leading up to the big day and the day of. In addition to coordinating with vendors and keeping our vision at the forefront, she handled a slew of possible crises with ease. Annabel was so so wonderful to work with! My husband and I had an intimate destination wedding in Colorado and planning would have been a nightmare without Annabel. She went beyond expectations and made sure that we (including our guests) were taken care of - for example, getting sandwiches for us for lunch, escorting our families down the mountain after the wedding, picking up and dropping off rentals for us. She was so responsive and always made time to meet/talk with us even on short notice. I was so comfortable working with her and she always made sure that my opinions were heard. Annabel also had fantastic taste/style so leaving decorations and table settings to her on the wedding day lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot say enough good things about her! Annabel has been amazing through the whole process leading up to our big day. She selflessly has offered to do many tasks to make our life easier. She’s very organized, promptly on time and is able to see your vision! I trusted her with everything on the day of- she completely executed everything! If you’re looking for a wedding planner that just feels like you’re having drinks with a girlfriend, she’s the one. Her humble down to earth nature was very attractive- and I simply hired her on the spot just from her vibe. Listened to my intuition and she didn’t disappoint.

Every encounter with Annabel at Antler and Orchid was invaluable. From the moment I hired Annabel she helped me coordinate my day by offering me ideas, finding other vendors, suggesting how to organize the day, and responding to any questions I had. Throughout my whole planning process and the day of events Annabel was alway responsive, had such a positive attitude and really showed about much she cared about making our wedding go the way we had hoped. Having Annabel with us on our day gave me such comfort in knowing that everything would turn out beautifully and it did!

Annabel went above and beyond the call of a day of/month of coordinator for my wedding. Best of all she was so graceful under pressure. It rain on my ceremony and Annabel switched to plan B so seamlessly I didn't realize there was even an issue. She kept all of my vendors on track for me, it was great to have the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. She is very creative and had great ideas to make my wedding unique.
