    • Secret Salon was a breeze to work with!! They did an amazing job with our hair and makeup and were super flexible with my girls changing their minds on what services they wanted. The makeup trial process was great, really helped me to see what I was envisioning for my wedding makeup!

    • I cannot say enough great things about Alice and Jane! I got to meet Alice during my trial and she was so sweet and welcoming and I’m sure would be a lovely person to have on your wedding day team. Jane did my makeup & hair at the trial as well as the hair and makeup for me, my mom, and one of my bridesmaids on my wedding day. She did a phenomenal job on all three of us! I felt absolutely gorgeous! Additionally she is such a calm and upbeat person, she has the perfect vibe for what could be a stressful morning :D We were doing hair and makeup at my apartment on the wedding day when we lost power! Jane started doing our eyes and other makeup while we waited to see if it would come back quickly. When it didn’t she happily agreed to pack everything up and drive us across the street to meet where my other bridemaids were getting ready on their own before coming over.     • Alice was absolutely amazing! Finding a hair and makeup artist was the hardest part of my wedding. I found Secret Salon and loved the reviews and photos! I met Alice for a hair and makeup tutorial and immediately loved her. Alice is so sweet and made me feel so beautiful. I wanted just a simple half up/half down curled look with natural makeup. She did airbrush makeup (a must!) and I ended up getting extensions because it made me look so glamorous! I looked absolutely stunning but still like me, which is exactly what I wanted. My hair and makeup stayed throughout the entire wedding and my bridal party loved their hair and makeup. I would definitely recommend Alice!

    • It can be really difficult to navigate the hundreds of wedding vendors out there, but if you're looking for a truly professional make-up and hair artist you can stop looking! Not only is Alice a professional beauty expert who has had her work published on various platforms, she is wonderfully amicable and a true pleasure to be around! My whole experience with Alice put me at ease knowing that the day of my wedding was going to go smoothly and I was going to look like a model! I had a total of five women get their hair and makeup done on the day of my wedding. Alice and her assistant Jane showed up at 9 AM at our venue (she travels to you, brings everything she will need to get you done including chairs)...and we were NOT their first wedding THAT DAY! They then spent five meticulous hours beautifying my bridal party.     • I have not yet had my wedding so I can't comment on my hair and makeup for that yet, but I had my trial done a few weeks ago and Alice is amazing! She listens to any comments or concerns you may have and definitely takes them into consideration while working her magic. I got my hair and makeup done here to test it out before going to a Christmas party and I got so many comments! I felt so pretty, and I can't wait for her to do this for me again in March for my wedding!

    • I booked Alice for hair and make up for my wedding back in 9/2014. My wedding party consisted of four bridesmaids, MOTB, MOTG, sister in law and myself. Alice was so easy to communicate with via email and she respond to all of my questions quickly! I had a trial run at her salon where her expertise was evident. She helped me chose extensions, we agreed on the hair style and make up. Unfortunately on the day of my wedding it was super hot and humid. We had originally agreed on my hair down but last minute Alice came up with a great up do. Alice arrived with only one other stylist. I was initially worried about the fact that only 2 people would have to tackle a party of 9 but they did it! They used airbrushed make up, added eye lash extensions to those who wanted them and the hairstyles were intricate. The hair and make up lasted over 12 hours!!! I would definitely recommend Alice and her team!

    • We worked with Jane for my wedding day and she was fantastic! She arrived early at my hotel room for the big day and was way ahead of schedule in churning out three hairdo's, in addition to doing makeup for my mom and me. I showed her a couple inspiration photos for my hair and Jane just ran with it to craft the most beautiful hairdo. Most of my makeup held strong, but the eyeliner smudged right after my ceremony, unfortunately. I had some downtime before the reception to quickly touch up with my own liner, but I didn't have time to clean up the under-eye smudge, and I ended up with a smokier eye than I liked for the night. I couldn't squeeze in a makeup trial because I planned my wedding entirely remotely, but I wonder if it would have helped troubleshoot the eyeliner ahead of time. All in all, the hair was to die for, and I would rebook Secret Salon for my wedding for their professionalism and flexibility in booking.
