  • Adina was one of our first hires when we got engaged as our month-of-coordinator. We wanted peace of mind and expert support. We attended a wedding (that we loved) where she was their coordinator, plus she's so highly recommended by our friends. Adina was a voice of reason and support throughout our planning process. She always had great questions (ones you won't know to think of), she had our back, was very responsive in all communication, organized, and helped make the planning process feel seamless. She is great at working with vendors and knows when to ask for more, less, etc. During our wedding day she ensured everything ran smoothly, and when she had to deal with a vendor issue, I didn't know about it until it had been dealt with and she figured it all out.   • I can say without a doubt that hiring Adina as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process! From organization to creative new ideas, she was invaluable to us! She asked the questions we didn’t even know to ask, kept us on task during the planning period and was so helpful with vendor coordination in the week leading up to the wedding and day of, that we did not have to worry about any details! Her knowledge and expertise are worth every penny!

  • We hired Adina Sanders as our wedding planner and we could not be happier with our decision! We interviewed a few people before deciding on Adina. I am the mother of the bride living in NY and we had our wedding in Boulder, Colorado. That does have its own challenges but with Adina, everything went so smoothly and efficiently throughout the entire process from start to finish! We had over two hundred people come to the wedding which was at the St. Julien Hotel. They said it was the largest wedding they ever held there. Adina’s attention to detail was key. She thought of everything and was involved with every appointment with every vendor. Between the venue, florist, band, photographer, videographer, linen company and more, Adina was on top of everything and developed nice relationships and rapport with all the key people we had to deal with.   • My husband and I are based in New York and we worked with Adina for over a year to plan our destination wedding in Colorado. Adina has many solid relationships with local vendors and also worked really well with new vendors that we wanted to work with. Having her onsite for planning meetings with our venue and other vendors (since we were planning from a distance), was a huge relief. It is so important to have someone who you trust and who advocates for you to be present when we could not be. Months leading up to the wedding, Adina was excellent and her experience enabled her to make suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise (ie: floor plan layouts, party timeline flow, rain plan backup).   • Hire Adina. She will give you the wedding you dream about but can't figure out how to put into action. She will support your vision, cheer on your decisions, and give you her (tasteful) opinions when asked. She will wrangle all the vendors, family members, and supplies in very professional, persistent, kind, and organized ways (likely involving Excel). She will serve as a go-between, shielding you from the less fun parts of wedding planning (spoon rentals) and translating your ideas into action. My wedding was in a place where we had to bring everything in from tables to toilets to glasses. Adina thought of everything - renting propane tanks, calling the utility company to make sure the tent wasn't going to hit anything, where cars were to park, etc. Based on her portfolio, she seems to have a special talent for particularly difficult spaces. We are organized (or so we thought!), creative, and we considered our event fairly low-key. Well, let me tell you: hiring Adina as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. After we found our site, we soon realized that we were in over our heads. I contacted Adina upon the recommendation of the venue owner and from our first phone conversation, I felt a sense of calm and relief.   • Adina is absolutely wonderful. She was the first person we hired after getting engaged, and it was a decision that allowed us to genuinely enjoy the year leading up to our wedding. Adina was our Month-of Coordinator, but she had our backs throughout the planning process. She is the perfect mix of qualities you hope to find in a planner: kind, confident, professional, extremely knowledgeable, fast to respond, clear and direct, down to earth, realistic, and amazingly intuitive. When we had questions, she provided answers. When we were worried or stressed, she normalized the process and calmed us down. When vendors wouldn’t get back to us, she followed up with them personally until they did.   • After being a bride that thought, “do I really need a wedding coordinator?” the final answer is yes, and I needed Adina Michelle Events. As a bride, choosing Adina Michelle Events was the BEST wedding decision that I made! The only regret I have is that I did not decide to have a wedding planner/day of coordinator earlier, as I waited until ~ 3 months before the wedding (after a previous 12 months of planning)! Adina is truly a professional and her attention to detail is impeccable, she thinks of EVERYTHING. We had a beautifully outlined timeline of our day about a month out and she kept me on schedule with all the last-minute plans.   • Didn't think I would do a wedding planner but last minute we hired Adina and it was the best decision we made! She was on top of everything, making sure every detail was carried out just how I envisioned. The venue, the DJ, the makeup artists, all the decorations and florist were managed by Adina and she did a beautiful job. I highly recommend her for any wedding big or small. Such a stress relief having her around!

  • Adina took us on with very short notice due to unusual circumstances and did so with ease and professionalism. As the mother of the bride, there were so many details I had not thought about and she went through every detail step by step, contacted vendors, made sure everything was set up and ready to go right on time. Adina made my daughter's wedding work flawlessly and she never appeared stressed or worried even when the weather was not cooperating which helped all of us feel like the day was going smoothly, and it did. Adina was worth every penny and more.

  • Hiring Adina was literally the best choice we made in wedding planning! Our wedding was at a DIY venue where all the details are loaded in at the beginning and out at the end, and she made sure everything ran smoothly from the arrival of the vendors, to the decor elements, to running the actual wedding and schedule. Before the big day she was thorough and attentive, helping us iron out every last detail (often things we would have never even thought of!). There were so many little details to our wedding but come the day of I didn't think about a single thing because I knew Adina was on it. I wouldn't look any further if you need a wedding or event coordinator!

  • Even the most type A brides needs someone to bring it all together and stage manage the day. Our reception was in a raw space venue which required coordinating multiple vendors bringing everything in from furniture to catering to lighting. Hiring Adina for her day of coordination services was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Everything went smooth and as planned thanks to her. Adina also made herself readily available to answer my little questions and inquiries leading up to the day. Her knowledge and experience in event planning are top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to future bride and grooms. Her demeanor and personality can calm the most anxious of brides and not only was Adina a valued vendor she was a much needed friend during the last hectic couple weeks. Thank you, Adina!
