  • Impossible to reach customer service with Envelopes.com. I ordered flat cards and envelopes from them for wedding invitations on 12/13. The envelopes arrived as did another order of envelopes after that, but the flat cards are, as of right now on 1/15, still "processing". I contacted customer service through every avenue they listed as available. Chat is never available, emails aren't replied to, and the hold for the phone is over half an hour. There's no way to cancel orders and returns are complicated and on your own dime. I received 1 email from a manager saying that the material for my cards were out of stock but would ship at the end of the week. I asked for an alternative material so they would ship sooner. I received no reply, and my flat cards are not here. I finally posted a "public question" on the website demanding a refund, and a couple days later I received emails that looked like bills at first but I eventually noticed were actually notice of refunds.   • Horrible company. I ordered 70 personalized envelopes and paid extra to get 2 - 3-day shipping. The order was estimated to be delivered 7 days later. It has been 19 days, and I still have not received the order. I called, and they said it just takes time, and that the estimated time of receipt is just an "estimate." They said the order had been shipped out the day I called, and that it would arrive in 4 days. That was 8 days ago. Really fraudulent. I have missed a deadline on sending the save-the-dates for our wedding that I needed to send in those envelopes. They did not offer a reduction of the cost, nor did they offer to do what they could to further expedite the shipping. I had already paid for expedited shipping, but the shipping time has already been much longer than if I had not even done that. Terrible company; I will never use them again.

  • I will not use them again and I don't recommend them. They delay your printing and excuse it with rude nonsensical customer service reps. I have used them 3 times.....but never again.

  • terrible customer service. i place my order in 4/20/18 . i received an email stating my invitation will be ready for printing on 4/27/18. did not get an email till i call to inquiry about my invitations. got half on my order today when i called to find out where is the rest of my order , Dere was not professional at all with her answers. offer not apology for my incomplete order prior to approving my proof, i called their customer services because i saw three color no two. i only wanted Silver and Blue. I specifically explain my wants and i was assured that my invitations will be silver and blue. NOPE. i pay over 200 for something my printer was able to do. i am so very disappointed as i want to like this site. (envelopes.com)

  • I've used them for envelopes for both of my sons weddings invitations. They sent the wrong color envelopes this time and I had the right ones the next day!. They are a great company, I love you can order samples, great selection and great prices.

  • I'm a commercial printer who has been dealing with Envelopes.com for a few months. I buy mostly specialty envelopes that are difficult to get elsewhere. Although some orders have gone smoothly, this company has the WORST customer service I've encountered in recent memory. They rarely ever answer the phone and don't respond to online Chat Sessions. B careful dealing with these people. They obviously are not ready for the big leagues.

  • Really crappy service. Never sent a confirmation email but I got spam mail 1 or 2 times a day which is really annoying. Then my order shows up wrong and they are giving me the run around as far as correcting and/or refunding me my money! Don't use these people if you don't want to waste your time and money!

  • TERRIBLE COMPANY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The samples arrived perfectly on time but my $500 dollar order is so delayed. They do not email you regarding the status of your product but instead send you a ton os spam email. Very UNRELIABLE and when you call customer service they are super rude and put me on hold for 15 min just to pull up my order even though I gave her my order number. Called back again to ask to speak with a manager and they put me on hold and the call just ended after 5 minutes. Now my invites are going to go out late because I am waiting on my enveloped. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

  • Starting to have a love hate relationship. Ordering Samples with envelopes.com has been incredibly quite and the quality and really awesome. When calling they are so helpful and take care of their customers. They truly do have great products. However, my recent fit is when something isn't right, it's really wrong. I placed an order 1.5 months ago and every time I check in, I get the same answer, "in production for 2 more weeks". I cannot fit this envelop size and material anywhere else and these are for my wedding invitations. I'm at the point where I'm going to have to give up on this and look for another option. I cannot keep waiting and getting the same answer every single time. Addressing invitations takes some time and my deadline to get them in the mail is quickly approaching. I do suggest using them, but check to make sure the product is "In Stock" to save yourself from stress and not ever getting your order filled.

  • my only complaint is the shipping costs, you pay so much fro shipping anything you! I wish there was a more reasonable free shipping amount than $250... your products are great quality and super affordable, which makes meeting the free shipping at $250 a bit much!!! I have placed 4 orders in the last year, all of which total only $236+ still not meeting the free shipping amount!!! so personally offering free shipping to your loyal customer would be great!!!
