  • As a past customer, I was scheduled for 2 meetings to secure items for our nonprofits organizations main event. I arrived on time for both appointments, only to be stood up both times. When I emailed the manager detailing what had occurred, my email was ignored. If I ran my business that way...I wouldn't have a business. Beyond poor customer care/service.

  • Ace the Party provided our dance floor. They were great at recommending the dance floor size. They installed the dance floor the day before and picked up a few days after the wedding (the few days after was due to the holiday). I believe the company had a lot going on so their email responses were a little delayed.

  • I rented from Ace for my wedding on October 19 and they were AWESOME! They honored a price they had previously quoted me at even though their prices went up and they were still cheaper than Grand Rentals. Price isn't everything if they people are difficult to work with but that is not the case with Ace. They were so kind and helpful! I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for their quick responses and skill at avoiding disasters! Thanks so much Ace!

  • We rented chiavari chairs and they were great price and great quality! On our wedding day, they came in on time. Smooth, no problem.

  • Ace the Party Place was wonderful to us during our wedding planning. They were attentive and helped make suggestions. They always returned our calls right away and listened to our concerns. They even helped us out with pricing to get exactly what we needed for the best price. I would recommend them to anyone.

  • Ace provided the chairs and a few tables for our wedding. We also rented linens from them. Everything looked very nice and the delivery and pick-up were easy and fast! The chairs looked great and the bar was easy to set up and tear down. Would definitely work with them again!

From your initial call/visit you will work with knowledgeable and friendly professional who will guide you to the correct items for your occasion. Don't know what you need? They will assist you. Ace if very flexible and goes to great lengths to accommodate any client. So - do I really need to address the VALUE in an overall experience that is top notch? Thanks Ace for helping make Dishes By Diane Catering shine event after event!

  • I only rented linens from Ace but they were always very friendly and nice on the phone/email. Very helpful in figuring out what size my tables were so I knew which size linens to use. I ordered Navy and they accidently gave me one black one but it worked out fine...accidents happen! Would work with them again in the future.

  • Dustyn and Dave couldn't have been nicer or more proactive! They visited our backyard wedding site several times before Our Big Day, to make sure we had the exact right kind of tents rented, that fit within our "DIY" budget! They also made sure to set aside things we might need - like pedastal fans for an August wedding! kudos to them!

  • We needed 250 chairs for our wedding and we could get everything we needed from one place. It was very reasonably costs. We got the chairs booked in less than a month before the wedding, and they still had everything we needed.

  • They are very convienient and they have a large selection. Their customer service is excellent. I am just not sure they are the best value.
