  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING!! I booked three months in advanced and got an call an hour before my pickup for my wedding saying the limo had mechanical problems. They could send a replacement but it would be a half hour later than we agreed, which would've messed up the whole wedding schedule. Groomsmen SUV arrived 15 minutes late. All I can say is thank goodness we weren't in the limo when it had mechanical problems. Yay for Uber!!

    First, I would like to say congratulations on your wedding. In this industry mechanical issues are unavoidable. The vehicle that was originally booked did have mechanical issues which made it unsafe to operate. We did have a comparable vehicle ready to send to the client. The office staff contacted the client and offered a full refund or the substitute stretch limousine. The client opted for a full refund which was issued promptly. I greatly apologize for this unfortunate issue. We do everything possible to make sure our vehicles are functioning properly at all times.

  • My wife and I hired a limo and two shuttles from A Touch of Class Limousines for our wedding last September (2016). Two of the three drivers were very good and did their job perfectly despite some minor traffic issues. However, the third was as unprofessional as they get and didn't even bother coming back to get the guests we contracted them for at the end of the night. Additionally, A Touch of Class would only refund half of my money for the shuttle that didn't show up. I felt that they should have refunded the entire amount for that shuttle considering we had to use Uber and our amazing caterer to help transport the remaining guests home at the end of the night. I would give them three stars for the good drivers but since they pretty much called me an outright liar in their reply to my previous review and then it disappeared and was replaced by a good review (in my name... is that legal...?), i'm a little ticked. Hopefully this review doesn't just up and disappear... again.

  • SO HAPPY WE WENT WITH A TOUCH OF CLASS LIMO'S. Our entire guest list traveled from out of town and we had 150 guest that we wanted transported to and from the hotel to our wedding venue which was on a military base. This was the only vendor who allowed us to break up our 4 hour minimum into 2 separate trips. So we had 2 hours in the beginning to transport people and 2 hours in the end to take them home. It saved us so much money versus having to rent the bus for 8 hours to cover the whole day. SO GRATEFUL I found this vendor. They were amazing and friendly. Thank you

  • We used the "end of night" service, which was just perfect! No other company I found offered this, and it was exactly what we needed, just a car for the groom and I to exit. Our driver was very friendly and polite, she made the end ofour night extra special.

  • A Touch of Class provided shuttle service for my wedding. The converted school bus was perfect for the cool fall day and my guests loved the party atmosphere on board! Our driver was so flexible. He adjusted quickly when I realized we had given him the wrong pick up address! He also waited for us even when we were running late leaving the venue. The office staff were very responsive and made sure to consider all the details and my special requests. They also gave me a great deal and were willing to work with my budget. Feel confident booking with these professionals!

  • Finding transportation was literally the last thing on my list of to-dos. We only needed someone to drive us 30 minutes from our venue to our hotel in DC at 4pm on a Saturday, and I couldn't get any limo companies to do it! Everyone wanted to charge for a 4-hour minimum, making what should've been a cheap booking a $500 expense. We were all set to use Uber Black before my dad found A Touch of Class, and I'm so glad he did. They were more than welcome to take our business without charging us for extra hours, and they service was incredible! The red carpet was a nice touch, and our driver was super nice. Thank you so much for the special ending to a special day!

  • The chauffeur made all the appropriate pick ups at the correct time and got everyone where they were suppose to be. The home office was responsive to my emails leading up to the event. We went with the party shuttle and that was a lot of fun! Way better then a cramped limo.

  • We used A Touch of Class to provide a guest shuttle to and from the hotel. I'd found them when looking for a minibus to go to a concert earlier in the year and discovering how much cheaper they were than other companies in the area. When it came time to get quotes for our wedding, my now-husband had trouble getting most companies to even respond to his inquiries! Those that did respond were way more expensive than A Touch of Class. They provided one large bus, which was enough to get everyone to the ceremony in one trip. We then ran two trips back at the end of the night. Our driver was very professional, and I would definitely recommend!

  • I booked a limo for my daughters's wedding at Ceresville Mansion, very unreliable, did not provide the service we paid for. Do not book use if you expect to get what you contract for. They refunded $100, for ruining the start of a wedding .

We accommodated about 5 last minute changes and an additional change as service was being rendered. We went above and beyond to make this client satisfied. Unfortunately, we do rely on the customer to read the contract and confirm the itinerary in full.

  • We recently booked this company for our wedding day. We used two of their limos and had excellent service. The drivers were early, the limos were clean, and everything went off without a hitch. Now a family member also used them for a 35 passenger the same day to transport multiple people. It happened to be one of the hottest days of the year so far, and the company sent a bus that had a broken air conditioner. Now, they stated that they didn't know it was broken, however many reviews mention a broken AC in the buses so I have a hard time believing that. It was also not the same bus that was on the website. However, a phone call was made and they brought down a new shuttle (school bus) during the ceremony that thankfully had working AC. They did give us a discount on the shuttle originally because we had already booked the limos, and the fixed the situation even though there were a few hiccups not mentioned here during the fixing.     Hi. I am so glad to hear you enjoyed the limousine service. I apologize that there was an air conditioning issue with one of the buses. The chauffeurs do ensure that the air conditioning is working properly before they leave the lot. Unfortunately, this doesn't ensure that there will not be an issue in transit. We work very had to make sure that issues list this occur as infrequently as possible. I am glad we were able to provide a bus that did have transportation. Again, I apologize.

  • A Touch of Class was perfect for my wedding! Jennifer worked closely with me to figure out exactly what my needs were for the day of. I used them for a party bus to take bridal party, then groom party, wrap back around to pick up guests, shuttle bus before and after wedding for guests and the party bus again at the end of the night to pick up the entire wedding party. My only thing, and this may be industry standard, but I know this annoys a lot of other brides... is I wish they would offer 1 hour minimums. It was very frustrating to know I am paying for a 2 hour minimum when I only need for an hour. This caused me to not pay for a second shuttle bus which probably would have been helpful. This is nothing against A Touch of Class personally, I know each company has to have their standards, but again.. just frustrating when it comes to weddings when guests don't need to be there so far ahead of time...   • We used A Touch of Class Limo for our wedding. We rented a limo bus from them mostly due to the fact that they were the most reasonably price company in the area. They were on-time the entire day. My openly complaint was the drive was a bit of a grump but he got the job done and that is what matters.
