  • The staff at A Touch of Class was very kind and accommodating in providing transportation for my sister’s wedding. They provided buses to take guests from the hotel to the wedding venue, and back at the end of the night. Everything went smoothly and the buses were classy, roomy, and comfortable. The bus driver was also very friendly and competent, and made sure to call a few days beforehand just to introduce herself and confirm the travel plans for wedding day.

  • We booked A Touch of Class prior to COVID thinking most of our guests would use it. We significantly reduced our numbers, leaving only about 10 people to use our shuttle. For those that did, they had a great experience.

  • Becky was so helpful in setting up our plan/contract and pick up/drop off times. Our driver was on time, very professional, and drove our party safely from the venue back to the hotels. Would definitely recommend On the Town Limousines!

  • My husband and I used their transportation services for our wedding and are so happy we did! They were so helpful when we were trying to figure out what car to use and when we had to reschedule our original wedding due to COVID, they were flexible and understanding. On our wedding day, our driver was on time and professional and the car was very clean and well kept. My husband and I had such a great time with our driver, he was conversational, kind, and fun! We're so glad we used A Touch of Class Limousine's services for our wedding.

  • Great service! The driver arrived early and was super professional and friendly, helping me with my dress getting into the car. The car was beautiful inside and out, clean, comfortable, fully stocked with water with ice, and easy to connect to our phones for great tunes. The driver was ready to go when we were, and rolled out the literal red carpet for us! The only drawback is the driver was not wearing a mask, but we also didn't explicitly ask him to do so.

  • To be honest, we weren’t planning on having wedding transportation, however I’m glad we changed our minds. We hired A Touch of Class Limousines for our wedding to provide transport for our out-of-town guests staying at 2 nearby hotels. After a brief phone call to A Touch of Class, explaining what we were looking for, they were able to provide us with a quote and timeline of events. The driver, Kyle, was great, providing safe, round-trip transportation for our guests from the 2 hotels, to the venue, and back again. The office staff at A Touch of Class were very accommodating, allowing us to make small schedule changes up until a few days before the wedding at no extra cost. We would definitely recommend A Touch of Class to anyone looking for safe, clean, and timely wedding transportation!

  • A Touch of Class was the perfect transportation vendor for our big day! James was our driver and everything was perfect! He arrived with plenty of time to spare and helped us to stay on time throughout the day. The company was much more affordable than others in the area and service was great!

  • I was so impressed with this business! I asked for a quote one evening with no expectation of hearing back until the next day. They responded almost immediately, and they were very transparent about their pricing, which is hard to find in vendors these days! I needed a shuttle and limo service and they quoted the best price by far. It truly was an awesome experience, and I look forward to working with them!

  • Touch of Class was responsive when getting a quote and finalizing details for the event. Their pricing was highly competitive. The drivers on the day of the event were friendly, on time, and successfully got our wedding party and guests between two hotels, a church, and the reception venue. Our "getaway car" driver, when he circled back to the venue and had no one else to pick up, stayed and helped my parents pack up their car - talk about above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

  • We had such a great experience with A Touch of Class with providing transportation for our wedding guests. They were incredibly responsive by email, helpful, and provided guidance to help us set up the timing for our shuttles. The shuttles were all on-time, exactly as described, clean – and we really enjoyed getting to meet Margo and Mike, our chauffeurs for the evening. It was so important to us to know that our guests would be able to enjoy their time at our wedding without having to worry about how to get to and from their hotels, so it was really wonderful to work with a company that helped everything run so smoothly! We highly recommend A Touch of Class for any event you are planning.

  • DO NOT USE THEM. THE MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY. Given covid-19 we had to reschedule our wedding from 6/6 to 9/4. Now that things will still be tight for 9/4 we have decided to cancel our wedding. We paid our 50% deposit (along with plenty other vendors that gave us refunds). A Touch of Class is not understanding at all, will not give us any of our deposit back, and wants to charge us a 10% fee if we reschedule again. Given this pandemic you would think they would have some decency and "class" to do what is fair. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. There are so many other transportation companies out there that will definitely do the right thing. They are the only vendor we have had issues with.

    HI Dana. As we discussed at the time of booking, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation. This information was provided in all of the contracts you signed. We did allow you to reschedule your transportation due to COVID-19 which is not something we typically allow based on the terms of your contract. I apologize that these terms are not acceptable to you but they were thoroughly explained to you before you entered into a contract with us. Hopefully, you can work out a future wedding date.   • DON'T EVER USE A TOUCH OF CLASS LIMOUSINES! I have never had such a disappointing experience! The bus was not at the hotel for pickup, although I got a voicemail from A Touch of Class Limo saying the bus was there from 5-6P which was incorrect information. I had 40+ people get on the shuttle provided by the hotel because there was no other vehicle at the hotel at the designated pick up time. When I returned the voicemail, I had to tell the customer service rep from A Touch of Class Limousine to have the bus come to the venue. Then when we had both the A Touch of Class bus and the hotel shuttle ready to return to the hotel, the bus provided by A Touch of Class refused to open the doors to admit passengers which resulted in overfilling the hotel bus for the trip back to the hotel. When one of the groomsmen who was left behind asked the A Touch Of Class bus driver for a ride back to the hotel, he was told that it seemed like a waste to drive the bus back to the hotel with only one person ...     I am sorry that you were disappointed with your wedding shuttle service. Our 55-passenger coach bus was on-site at the hotel and we did confirm this via GPS tracking. We attempted to contact you to determine the status of the passengers but were only able to leave a voicemail. Our office staff then contacted the hotel and was informed that your wedding guests had already departed on a bus provided by the hotel. After this our driver was instructed by our office to proceed to the venue and wait on-site until your guests were ready for a return trip. I am not sure why your guests were under the impression that the other bus was the only vehicle at their disposal. Our drivers do not have the autonomy to decide which buses to load and we have never had a driver wait on site for 5 hours only to refuse service to the passengers. If we had been made aware that another transportation service had been contracted for identical service, we would have been happy to help coordinate with the other company in order to ensure safe and comfortable service for all of your guests.

  • No AC in the limo on my wedding day and when I called they said I was lying and couldn't even offer an apology. Jake is probably the rudest customer service agent I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!

    Hi Crystal. I apologize that you were not completely satisfied with our services. Based on our investigation, the air conditioning was in proper working order. The chauffeur, fleet manager and other passengers in the vehicle that same day, verified the air conditioning was in proper working condition. Based on this, Jake did not offer a refund. I personally listened to the phone call. Jake apologized about 50 times while being cursed at. He was very professional and kept his composure. I apologize that we could not rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

  • Hired company for a wedding, for starters, they never showed up to pick the bride up, she was late to the wedding due to this. The driver was very inexperienced, she never attempted to get out of vehicle to greet groom and daughter. Finally showed up after the wedding, never got out to greet the bride and groom. Still in negotiations with company for a refund.
