  • Working with A to Z is always a breeze! Their staff is kind and dependable and they get the job DONE! We work with A to Z for our on-campus graduation and in the years before COVID, we rented tables, chairs, and tents, but when COVID hit, they helped us to create a seamless graduation with their outdoor stage. We held another outdoor graduation last week and A to Z was the first vendor I contacted! They helped us to once again create a smooth, stunning, and enjoyable graduation for our students! We have heard nothing but amazing things from faculty, staff, students, and families about how professional and organized our graduation looked. We will always lean on A to Z for our events and we can't wait to reach out to them soon to plan our graduaiton next year!! A to Z has so much to offer and I promise, you won't regret it!

  • Efficient and budget friendly. Chairs could have been better painted if I am being a nitpick. It was very obvious the white chairs were purple before.

    Chuck, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review for our company! That purple paint you mention is our identity mark on the bottom rung of the chairs.. We mark the chairs in an area that is not visible when setup so we can identify our inventory on a job site.   • There are so many good things to say about A to Z that I fear going on too long. Ours was not a big event, but from the first moment I spoke with Brittny Carr until the end of the event, A to Z treated us royally. The equipment we needed -- from tables and linens to plates and flatware to chafing dishes and big serving bowls -- was clearly laid out on the website, offering lots of options, high quality and very reasonable prices. Brittny was a joy to work with; we actually had fun debating the merits of one set of flatware over another. In all, the service we got was amazing. I once called Brittny to sheepishly ask for a change in the order. "For you," she said, "anything." I called the scheduler to ask for a change in the delivery time, expecting some resistance. Nope. She said, "we're here to serve you." This is a great company, and I and my family will definitely hire A to Z whenever we have an event requiring A to Z's services.

  • I've used A-Z Party Rental for a few events. Samantha knows the business inside and out and is able to help plan your event. It doesn't matter if you are planning a large event or a small intimate party, A-Z is the best!!! Samantha is very detail oriented and will make sure everything is taken care of....from A-Z!!! I will always go to them first when I am planning any event.

  • The wedding tent rental was easy, I called and explained what I needed and received my quote the next day. I recommend the installation as it was fascinating watching it go up and was one less thing for me to worry about. The tables and chairs were perfect, the linens beautiful. I am still looking for a picture of the tent all set before the festivities, but it was beautiful. The day after my wedding the crew was back to take the tent down. I definitely recommend A to Z rentals for any event you are planning.

We rented the tent, table, chairs, table and bar settings, and everything the caterer needed for serving. All was delivered on time and well organized. Communication could not have been easier.   • I rented a large tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, and table cloths for my outside wedding & reception. I worked with Samantha, who was very professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. The prices are comparative to other rental companies around, but I found the service to be excellent. With the chaos of planning a DIY wedding, A-Z party rental made that piece of it as painless and stress free as possible. The tent I rented looked amazing and really set the tone and vibe for the reception. The quality of items and service made it worth every penny!

  • The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They were more than happy to have us stop by and see the arch we rented in person to make sure we were satisfied with it before signing the contract. The only thing I didn’t like was what I believe to be an unnecessary Saturday delivery fee. I believe most weddings are on Saturdays so the fee is unnecessary for the most popular day of the week to get married. We opted for a pick-up which added more coordination to our plan to avoid the fee which worked for us. Otherwise it was affordable and perfect for our wedding! (Flowers in photo not included)

  • Three months in advance of our event it was sometimes hard to get a return call. However, as the date drew closer they were extremely responsive. Samantha came twice to our place to evaluate what type of tent we needed. The second time we changed the tent and it was a great call. It couldn't have looked more beautiful!

  • Alothough I was initially not thrilled with A-Z's catalog of event decor options, they do offer an amazing variety of event furniture rental. We ended up purchasing one of their event rental packages, but our representative (Lisa) alowwed us to customize the package to better fit our venue and theme. The quality of the furniture is great, they are extremely timely in responding to inquiries, they are friendly, and their delivery staff is prompt and professional. They really helped us to make our venue our own, and we appreciated how easy they are to work with!
