You canceled your March 25 wedding on March 14. Due to the short notice cancellation, we were not able to ask for refunds from our photographer and officiant as their payment had already been disbursed. In addition, I spent many hours organizing your special day and all the work for your wedding was done except for the actual ceremony, which is about 10% of the job. The contract you signed was transparent about our “No Refund” policy, so why do you think it is OK to post this on a public forum and email me demand letters for a refund? Or have strangers sending me threatening emails and harassing me on the phone. As is the industry standard, we were happy to issue a voucher if you chose to reschedule your wedding for a later date when things settle down. I was not able to issue a voucher for the full amount as hard expenses had already been paid. I refunded your money today because I can’t stand the thought of working with you or your fiancé again. I rescinded your voucher and sent you a full refund. I would never dream of reneging on an agreement with my vendors so I had to pay money out of my own pocket because of your ignorance. Shame on YOU for writing this review and trying to harm honest, hardworking San Diegans during a time of crisis!
