  • How are yall just going to leave 15 year olds in downtown Dallas and claim their time ran out and you did nlt have the nerve to tell them how much time they had left. You told them to pay to get their things back . THEIR THINGS MEANING BELONGING TO THEM . I hope your business ends up failing.

  • Abandoning 15 year olds in Downtown dallas. Seriously? From Point A to point B was the route and y’all couldnt even do that cause “Time ran out” when you could’ve been paid for the extra 15 minutes it took for y’all to drop them back at the reception safely... smh. Y’all suck for real.

  • Worst Limo experience EVER!!!!‎ - ‎ If customer service is not important to you, and you would like to be shafted by the inept staff, (i.e. Vanessa), then by all means; Do business here. However be warned, because they seem to enjoy harassing the bridal party and repeatedly not communicating your itinerary correctly. It was a HUGE mistake... I wish I went with a different company ... Any company!!!

  • We ordered 20 passengers party bus a wedding. The basic were awesome and reasonable price for the 6 hours weekend. Much less than other companies. They arrive on time, clean and in good shape, the driver very nice, overall experience excellent. Very recommend.

  • I reserved a truck limo with Limo Dallas / A2Z Limos for our wedding... $975 for a pick up & drop off at the airport. A simple A to B ride... they DONT EVEN SHOW UP OR BOTHER TO CALL! ! The absolute WORST Thing to pull on someone on their wedding day!!! Our wedding ended with no limo to take us to the airport!!! An hour after I call them & after our wedding has already ended they send A Chrysler 300 and say this one is only $375 & we will mail u something to make it up to you.... Seriously? A Chrysler 300? That company left us high & dry, now My wife & I are at our house Arguing about what we are going to do now instead of at the airport ready to leave on our honeymoon, laughing and talking about everything that took place tonight....

  • Whatever you do, AVOID this company like the plague! This company was a disaster and frankly ruined what should have been a wonderful memory. This company was hired to provide a sedan, NOT A SUBURBAN, to take us to our hotel from the reception. When we left the ceremony, a Suburban was in the parking lot and when we got in the driver then proceeded to tell us it was going to be more than the rate quoted and verified over the phone! The driver then told us he wasn't going anywhere until we paid the additional 125$ in addition to the 125$ we had already been quoted. What a joke and so unprofessional to hold you hostage in a car knowing you can't do anything but pay the additional fee or be left without a ride. Never again and you can be sure I will be spreading the news about this company.

  • Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I called 2 weeks prior to cancel my limo for my wedding due to a change of plans for transportation. The manager, Tony was so rude and told me he didn't have time for me and hung up! No customer service! I was appalled by how I was treated for no reason. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Please read other reviews about this company. Some of them are frightening

  • On the day of the wedding the limousine picked the bride and the bridesmaids up from a residence and on the way to the church we told the driver that he missed his turn and he told us that his GPS told him to continue straight. Directions were provided but he decided to take a different way. We arrived just a few minutes late. After the ceremony the driver was to take the bride and groom from the church to the place where the reception was being held and again we had to tell the driver that he missed his turn. The driver again insisted that the GPS told him to continue straight *and then make a U-turn*...because he was going the wrong way. We drove at least 15 minutes out of our way and we had our photographer and a long line of guests driving behind the limousine. What a mess!! Not to mention that the limousine was incredibly hot and we had to keep the privacy screen down to get any air conditioning. This particular limo was dirty.
