I used Model Physique before my wedding and was SO GLAD I DID! It completely took the stress out of wanting to lose weight before the wedding- I followed the plan and lost 20 lbs in a HEALTHY way without the stress of making my own diet/exercise plan. One less thing to think about is always a plus before a wedding. I even bought a wedding dress that was a little bit too small a couple months before the wedding because I knew I was going to continue losing weight if I followed the plan- and I did! Also felt super fit and confident on my honeymoon, which was a huge plus. I worked with Model Physique leading up to my big day and my expectations were completely surpassed. I did both the 21 day reset and the 90 day program. Not only did I reach my physical goals but I felt incredible, my confidence grew 10x. Maddy was incredibly attentive, encouraging and informative.
