California Wedding Divas were awesome! We're from Maine, and we were looking to have a destination wedding in San Diego. So, we searched on the Internet for a wedding coordinator who could help us out in San Diego since we live so far away. We decided to call California Wedding Divas because I thought the name was unique and creative. Wow! Yvonne and her staff were not only creative but she was also very personable, and such a joy to work with. Yvonne was able to use her professional contacts in San Diego to help us plan a wonderful wedding from the complete opposite side of the country. When we weren't able to be in San Diego for personal vendor meetings, Yvonne and her staff made sure to meet with each of our vendors. She even picked us up at the airport a few times, so we didn't have to worry about finding vendor and venue locations on our own. She was so instumental in making our big day a success. Everyone is still telling us how much fun they had! We were so lucky to find Yvonne and her staff, and we would recommend California Wedding Divas to anyone looking to work with a sweet yet professional wedding coordinator.

We found California Wedding Divas while surfing the internet, and we called because we really liked the name of the company. I must say that it was one of the best calls that I have ever made! Yvonne answered the phone with such a pleasant voice, and I could tell after only a few minutes of talking with her that she was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding planner. Yvonne’s warm and fun personality was impossible to resist! She was just so friendly and easy going. Throughout the entire planning process, Yvonne did everything she could to ease the stress. She was always available whenever I called, and during the few times that my phone call did go to voice mail, she always called back immediately! It was such a joy to work with someone as sweet and reliable as Yvonne. She was always eager to help, very attentive with all the details, and she never left me hanging. On our rehearsal date, I was so impressed that Yvonne had taken the time to prepare an itinerary of what was going to take place minute by minute during the ceremony. Yvonne is punctual, professional, and incredibly organized! I also booked Yvonne for the floral arrangements, and our flowers were such a hit at the wedding! She did such a beautiful job with both the flowers AND the decorations. People are still telling me to this day how beautiful the flowers were. Everything looked so great and so stunning! My husband and I highly recommend California Wedding Divas!

Yvonne did a superb job!! Living out of town, we didn't have any idea where to start. Our daughter decided to get a wedding planner and we got lucky and got the best in town!! Yvonne was very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, had great ideas, and most of all trustworthy in all of her decision makings and as a person. We would recommend her service to anyone looking to do a destination wedding or in-town wedding. I know the rating is 5.0 but she is absolutely a 10!!

Marvelous service! I don't know how we would have managed without Yvonne and California Wedding Divas. We spent over 10 months working with Yvonne in the planning of our wedding and reception. Yvonne was so pleasant to work with, and she did a great job keep me focused on having fun with the whole wedding planning process. She had such a calming effect on me. Yvonne is simply the best wedding planner we could have asked for. From start to finish she was very easy to work with, very flexible and considerate of our needs and budget. My mom really wanted to have an wedding planner for my hubby's and I big day. I was opposed to it at first but I am SO thankful we went with the California Wedding Diva's! We used California Wedding Divas for full wedding coordination, and we were so happy that we did! Yvonne’s special vendor list was one of the many reasons that we decided to use her services. Her warm and friendly attitude throughout the entire process was just icing on the cake! She was able to save us A LOT of money on our floral arrangements, wedding party transportation, and our wedding cake. She was with us each step of the way from our initial meeting with her almost a year ago all the way through to the end of the wedding reception. She personally stayed around after the reception was over to make sure things were in order and to make sure we received our deposit back from the wedding venue. Yvonne is creative, ridiculously organized, and she ensured that my special day was perfect! When I told Yvonne I wanted a candy table, I was expecting something similar to what I had seen at wedding shows, but Yvonne went way above and beyond my expectations. She created a beautiful display of artfully organized (and delicious) candies in my wedding colors. I received so many complements on that table! Her special little touches, like that, made all the difference. Yvonne was also "on it"! My husband and I had an outdoor reception on the beach. I didn't want to order heating lamps because the day was so beautiful. However, when the sun went down, it got a little chilly. Yvonne made sure there were heating lamps on the deck for the beginning of my reception even though it was Sunday of a holiday weekend. I have no idea how she pulled that off, but it was great! My guests were comfortable, wedding was perfect, and I would highly recommend CA Wedding Divas!
